I went in with over 60 pages of documents to print, expecting to spend some time in there especially when I saw there was only one employee working and multiple customers in line. I was very much impressed. The woman working was quick, efficient, and friendly. She got all my documents printed and had them paper-clipped and organized in the correct order. At other UPS stores like the Freeport location I normally get things out of order with pages missing and have to sort them out, not here. She knew what she was doing and did it well, I'm extremely appreciative of her attention to detail and will absolutely bring my business here whenever I'm in town.

Instead, Ace Hardware completely failed me with zero communication. No delivery on the 2nd. No email updates. Nothing. On July 3rd, I called the local store to arrange pickup, only to be told the entire order had been cancelled. I then called Ace Hardware customer service, and they confirmed the cancellation but could provide zero explanation for why it happened. No apology of substance, no offer to expedite a replacement, no compensation--just a shrug and "it's cancelled." This level of incompetence is infuriating. I planned around their promised delivery. I told my family we'd have this new setup ready. Instead, I'm scrambling last-minute on a holiday weekend, dealing with disappointment, and explaining to grandkids why we can't use the gear we were excited about. No "processing" updates, no "out of stock" heads-up, no courtesy call or email--they just vanished the order like it never existed. For a major holiday purchase tied to family memories, this is unacceptable. Ace Hardware's system is broken. Their communication is nonexistent. Their customer service is useless. They ruined what should have been a highlight of our family reunion. I've shopped at Ace for years expecting small-town reliability with big-box inventory, but this experience proves they're just another unreliable corporation that doesn't care once the order is placed. Do not buy from Ace Hardware online. They will let you down at the worst possible time with zero accountability. I will be taking my business elsewhere and warning everyone I know. Strongly recommend avoiding Ace Hardware for any time-sensitive or important purchases.

I know what you're thinking... ew, kale. As a kale non-lover myself, the salad isn't overwhelmed by kale & also contains plenty of cheese tortellini (about 1/3 of the salad), pieces of parmesan as well as shredded & sun dried tomatoes. It has a lovely, tasty, slightly lemony dressing already on it (not tart, with a slight sweetness) & since kale isn't a fragile leaf like lettuces, it's never wilted. Bonus is since kale is so dense & filling, there's enough for 2 people or meals. * But, I mostly updated the review to tell people that they are currently offering membership for $15 for the YEAR for a basic membership or $50 for the YEAR for a plus membership. I do not know if this special is store specific or across all Sam's stores & I neglected to ask about an expiration on the deal so I'd move on it or call your local outlet, if interested. Mainly what I see of plus benefits is you can shop 1-hr earlier than anyone else, from 8-9am 7-days/wk & a you get 2-3% cashback up to $750/yr on varying purchases rather than 1% basic members receive. I know those who have plus only cuz they want to shop at 8am to get in & out like a cat burglar. So what distinguishes Verizon from the rest? Most cellular service networks now have great coverage and when cellular service works they are great. So all the technical stuff is a given. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT MAKES VERIZON STAND OUT. Everyone I talked to over two weeks, for about 40 hours, online, on voice, and in person were very nice. They assured me they would take care of my problem. They repeatedly went on and on about my value to Verizon. They lied. Near the end of my encounter with this monument to indifferent incompetence a Verizon employee told me that many of the operators routinely promise actions just to get you to end the conversation. I was told that there had been no follow up on my previous calls. That was the only truth I heard through this nightmare. When the problem Verizon created was finally corrected I asked the supervisor for a recompense for all my trouble. This "supervisor" acted annoyed, complete with hemming and hawing, then said she would give me a $50 credit. I received a $20 credit. Drop the mic. Try anyone else. It will not be worse. I promise.
