Maybe I haven't been to many Office Depot, this location has a feeling of a warehouse, it's the layout, seems functional, maybe too big for their inventory. Felt too spread out. Staff are nice and helpful. Asked if I needed help upon entry. I saw a ton of cleaning products in tubs when I first walked in, a gentle reminder of the the most unwelcome pandemic that just won't wane or go away at all. They have phone sanitizer boxes, those looked useful and are reasonably priced. I ended up being distracted from printer ink, since that's boring. They had a decent assortment of 6' charger cables. read more

Service was okay, not many staff working when I was there. It seemed as if the isles were spread out and lacked inventory.

I needed big bottles of hand sanitizer for the homeless shelter along with some page dividers. Like everywhere else, they were out of hand sanitizer, but I did get my page dividers and some sharpie markers. The sales staff was quick to great me and offer the correct isle to find my dividers. The cashier on the other hand seemed to be competing in a rudeness challenge of some sort...she obviously was in the lead. In an era where online shopping is just as easy as driving to the store, and there is never a rude cashier online, I would think that brick and mortars would make courtesy training a priority. read more

I was super excited to come to this store because of a sale that was going on. My boyfriend recently got a new job as well and likes a specific type of pen. It is difficult to find these pens in normal stores. Office Depot had the type he likes from different brands. They were fairly priced and work amazing. The staff was helpful in locating items I needed. This store is great for office supplies or school supplies. I found a lot of great things for my work office for sorting and organizing. We do have some items provided at work but more is useful. The store was clean, fully stocked, and organized. I was impressed with the cleanliness considering there was a huge back to school sale with a packed store. The lines moved pretty fast as well. I have been going to this Office Depot since they opened, and it is my favorite office supply store, as well as favorite location. The store is always super clean, and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Everything about the store and the people are good except for this one cashier. He is a taller, thin, older gentleman with brownish auburn hair and big eyes. I went in to get a laptop backpack because I have to walk far with my laptop for work so I needed something comfortable. The one I picked was $112 so I wanted to know the return policy, because if I don't like it I don't want to lose out on getting my money back and picking out something else. When I'm checking out I just ask what the return policy is, and he says "Why? How long are you going to use it before you return it?" And i said you know if I use it a few weeks and don't like it I will want to bring it back. He said thats fine but I honestly wanted to know is it 30 days, 60? I get busy I don't want to miss the mark. Also, I'm not trying to shoot moves and use up something and get money back for it, I'm not a scammer but I felt I was being treated like one. So then i asked if a few weeks was fine for returning and he said yeah, don't worry you'll like it. I don't know why he wouldn't just tell me the time limit or if there isn't one. I felt interrogated too with his tone. I always shop here at this office depot and everyone else I've encountered has been nice and helpful until now. This is the most convenient office supply store by my house, but man it never fails to be a frustrating shopping experience. The store has issues with stock, so very often common items, such as printer ink and bubble wrap will be out of stock. They are never busy, which is probably why they always seemed understaffed. If there are more than two customers needing assistance, expect to wait. Hope they will get their act together, as I love to location. The staff they do have are friendly. They just need some management overhaul I think. read more

No thank you! The boys at the register are not interested in customer service, and will eventually ruin the place. Let them all go and start over. No one asks if they can help you, the copy center staff just say "no" if you ask them to print anything other than 8 1/2 x 11, and the store is dark. Run to another store that is appreciative of your money. You work too hard to support these ungrateful people. read more

They could not price match to their OWN website's prices. So I asked the girl, "So I have to buy this online and come back to pick this up at the store?", she responded, "Yea you can do that".
