Very knowledgeable guy! I had an issue where my laptop would not turn on. He asked me a couple questions over the phone and knew right away what the problem most likely was without even looking at the laptop. I brought the laptop in and he kept in touch with me the entire time and explained to me exactly what he was doing. The total price was even lower than what he originally quoted on the phone. I would highly recommend this business. My laptop needed a new keyboard and I had previously purchased the replacement. The repair was much more difficult than I originally thought. The owner took a look at it and said that he would attempt to make the repair and if he couldn't do it, he would not charge me. He called me the next day and said he was able to successfully make the repair at a very reasonable fee. The owner is very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant demeanor. I took my computer there to do a download, when I picked it up the owner said there was a part in the screen that was broken. He blamed it on the last person I had to fix my computer. He put some tape on the screen to hold the back in place with it. He said it was in desperate need of repair. There were no issues with the screen when I brought it in. I will never use him again, and I should not have paid him for the service he did. I have to take it someone else now to correct the problem he created. I see he has two 5 star recommendations. This is a great place to buy a computer! The man that owns it is wonderful. He takes time to understand your needs, clarify to make sure you spend your money on the parts of the computer that matter most to you and then build it accordingly. Two of my favorite things: He is very accommodating if you have trouble with your computer after you buy it. He will remember what you bought and take ownership of the problem until it is complete. Secondly, he is admittedly a little short with people. However, once you get to know him his kind nature and care for your computer out weigh any wrong first impressions you may get with him. Being from out of the area, I was looking for someone the help my Nephew with computer problems. I called and spoke with Bobby on the phone and he was a nice guy. He was able to have my nephew bring his computer in for virus removal and a good cleaning. He had a fast turn around time and everything went well. My nephew ended up asking about some gaming setup and got a good price on an upgraded video card and installation.
