Received confirmation my item was ready for pick up from an online order. When i arrived the item was not available (why do they even send a confirmation when the item was not put aside for me; or worst they gave my item away to someone else) I picked up my item 2 days after i receive confirmation and did not receive a cancellation email or call. Even worst was they did not even officially cancel my item or receive a refund. Therefore i still have the charge my card with no item. If I receive a notification or call that my item was confirmed by accident i would not think anything of it, but after two business days i had to find the news after wasting my time and gas money to arrive at the store; with no refund either. Also online pick up is not even marked in the store (no signs and labels). I had to ask an associate to where to pick up my item. It happens to be at the copy and print area (which already has a line for copy needs). I give 1 out of 5 because of lack of communication and lack of organization. read more

Regular prices are not competitive; more like overpriced since people come often for convenience. They should try to be more competitive with Amazon. Went here at 5:15PM 11-9-2020 to mail my FedEx packages since they are a FedEx drop off location and they said they wouldn't take them because they're choosing to only take small items. I've dropped off at many Office Depots before. Either you are a drop off location or you're not. Office Depot is open on New Year's Day. Plenty of parking spaces. This is located next to HomeTown Buffet. As I walked around, a worker asked if I needed help. Not a lot of sales this week but I bought some paper items. I saw that it also sells Starbucks and other store gift cards. This is nice to know in case I need an emergency gift. Absolutely terrible services provided to the customers. While trying to have important documents faxed to the store (twice, on different days), I was told that the documents would not be sent to the store if it was currently being used. Learning from my apparent mistake the first time, I made sure to call ahead to confirm that the fax line was not being used, and immediately had a document faxed. According to the manager, no document was ever received despite their assurance that the lines were not being used, and the confirmation that it was successfully sent. I will never be using their provided services again, and I genuinely feel terrible for anyone else who encounters such a blatant lack of customer appreciation. read more

THESE PEOPLE ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS DURING A PANDEMIC!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I went to this location to buy a new hard drive for my MacBook. When I checked out I ended up spending about $250 on products for my work office, including some hand sanitizer and "Masks". After getting home I opened up the bag of "masks" only to find out they were merely pieces of t-shirt material cut into strips to apply to your face. They provide no protection and are uncomfortable to wear because they were loose and awkward. I went back the next day to return them and was told that they could not return them because they don't do returns on "PPE equipment" Although the return policy on the back of the receipt clearly says they except all returns with original receipt and packaging. These people are taking advantage of people during a global pandemic selling garbage products and I find it Appalling. I will never go back to this or any other Office Max or Office Depot store now that I know they will willingly sell their customers products that are garbage. The wait was pretty long since there was only one employee in the area and 3 customers in line. The employee was nice and tried to complete the tasks quickly. Overall, I can't complain much since I didn't pay for the services since Office Depot hooked it up with a $10 off $10 Copy & Print services. Yelp currently shows they close at 8pm so I didn't know they changed their closing time to 6pm. I walked 5 minutes till and first thing they say is "we are closing in 3 minutes" with an attitude. Had a fingerprint appointment for 6:40pm got to the store at 6:25pm called them to let them know I was there the guy that answered told me he was with another person and told me to wait outside and someone will come get me at 6:40pm, waited outside and no one came to get me until I called them again at 6:50 because I was tired of waiting. My Ipad was lost or stolen after accepted by Office Depot. Even though she agreed to look at the camera footage, she again said it is not possible for Office Depot to be responsible for the loss. During this pandemic my laptop crashed. I had to use their service. I've been there 3 times the past month. Repaired my laptop and twice for fax and make copies. The repaired technician was very thorough, patient and took his time to explained the issues. I had to asked him to repeat twice cuz I don't understand technical stuff well. Excellent service at ease. The copy/fax dept was also very helpful. Two separate times utilization their equipment, i had to ask for help and both times two separate staffs was super helpful. I came here to simply buy a new keyboard. I hadn't been to this store in probably a couple of years and the last time I was here as soon as I walked in the door a sales person came up to me and asked me what I was looking for then directed me to the right area. This time I saw nobody so started looking around myself. The store seemed kind of junky, not nice like it used to be. Roamed around the store and finally found an employee standing at the end of an aisle looking at what seemed to be a cell phone. Some small device anyway. I stood there and he never looked up so I asked him where the keyboards were. He walked me over to the right aisle still on his devise and said there they were. They had a few in between empty spaces. I asked if they were wireless and he said they all were never looking at me. I picked an inexpensive one, said thanks and went to check out. Checkout area looked like some aisle you'd find maybe in a drugstore with racks of various items mostly candy. Check out was okay although I had trouble hearing the questions the cashier was asking me. Plastic COVID shield didn't help though. Speaking of which I was the only person, customer and employees who wore a mask. One thing though. I found the perfect keyboard for only twenty bucks! read more

I was very impressed with this Office Depot store. It's very busy in there. It's tough and I understand the difficulty that some of these guys have to go through. My experience turned out pretty good and I think they should pat themselves on the back. I also noticed they were doing a great job helping and being as attentive as they could to other customers. I just had an online order. I was very pleased that I received confirmation that it was ready within minutes. The store was organized intelligently so that the people providing service could do their jobs. That's important too. So Kudos to this Office Depot store. It looks rough. There's a lot of foot traffic and a lot of different needs that go through there. I know Yelp reviews sometimes are just the ugly ones. Well today you're appreciated. So I have not personally owned a printer in about 15+ years. That being said I went in to this Office Depot location to get some much needed info and buy a printer for my at home business. I usually feel like a caveman when "techy" employees try they're best to explain things to me. So I am truly thankful for Rosie ! She explained everything to me, slowly and in terms that actually made sense for someone that isn't that tech savvy. I had a few concerns about compatibility and she triple checked to make sure I was getting something that would work for me. She even gave me great care tips! (I.e wiping down the toner and removing from printer when not in use for a while). And I must say that when I went to check out she went out of her way to add a bundle deal for another pack of ink for my printer so I received a discount! I had no idea that was an option. Came back at 330pm to find that she forgot about it and went home. I remember going to this Office Depot years ago, and it was pretty decent. I recently returned earlier this year for a few arts and crafts items for my project and as soon as I stepped in the door, I regretted it. First off, the manager lady gave me a suspicious look and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. I was dressed normally and didn't act loud or anything like that. Guess she just doesn't like people coming into her store? Next the layout of the store had changed into like a mini Best Buys, which I hate. I was browsing around with my girlfriend when this odd looking employee dude kept standing close to us, wherever we went; and he didn't say a thing to us. Very, very odd. At this point I was sufficiently spooked and uncomfortable. So I got the few items I needed(and they didn't really have a great selection either) and went to the checkout.
