I was surprised to see this place has only two stars. My first time in the new location came here friday afternoon and the ups guy was outside packing all the boxes in the van to ship away. Unknowingly, I was in for some great customer service. Once inside the store, a nice lady came rushing to help me. I wasn't near close to ready to leave my item, I needed a box and some foam (to keep item from getting damaged ) to cut and paste the ups tag and securely tape the box and to write some numbers around the exterior of the box. The lady got all the stuff for me and packed it all up for quickly. Which was totally great because i did not have any scissors tape or markers. She made sure it was done fast because she said that if it didn't ship out with the ups man outside it would just sit in the office the whole weekend. At the end she just charged like a dollar which was totally cheap, especially after all the effort and help she put. Overall, I would definitely go back and absolutely recommend this place for all ur shipping needs. I noticed other reviews gave bad rating because of the "MEDIOCRE TABLE"..... FYI, I would always go to their old location and they did the same thing....and honestly I found that GREAT....especially if your in a rush and have your box ready, just walk in dump it in the table and walk away.No waiting in line no time wasted. NEVER had any problems, NEVER got STOLEN and they NEVER lag it. In the contrary, Amazon would always email me quick that the package was already on the way back. People seriously need to chill out....serio que la hacen de pedo..."ayyy no!se van a robar mi paquete!!"...lol Calm down, unless you want to waste time and be forever in line waiting to leave your box in a place of maximum security then this is not the place for you. read more

UPDATE: I just noticed the owner of this store replied to my review. I KNOW this man was STEALING money BECAUSE I used the UPS Calculator online. His estimate was $35 MORE than what the calculator said, which is why I immediately knew he was lying. My dad and I went to ship a box since they are a UPS authorized outlet and he charged us $35 more dollars than the actual UPS Store. Then he proceeded with his lie as to why it was more. I'm rarely inclined to give out a 1 star review, however, this place literally inspired me to write one. First of all, this tiny storefront has blacked out windows and you can barely tell if it's open. Once I entered, the tiny storefront was a mess, with a ton of boxes laying around and only one employee (I'm assuming he was the owner, late 30's early 40's Chinese male) who came out to ask me what I wanted in a confrontational tone, like my presence annoyed him. I told him I simply came to drop off my box which had a ups label for a return to amazon, and he said, leave it there, (pointing to the corner were the rest of the boxes were scattered haphazardly. I asked him politely if I could please get a receipt, since this is standard procedure at any UPS authorized shipping center. He said, NO!, and looked really upset for some reason. I asked why not, and he starts raising his voice, asking me if I paid? I said no and he said, well then exactly, just leave it in the corner. At this point I was shocked at his tone of voice and his blunt rudeness, so I explained to him that as an authorized UPS shipping center, I needed a receipt so that I could track my return package, and wasn't about to just leave it around when it was an expensive item. He started to raise his voice again, telling me he doesn't do paper receipts and that's not how it works, and again just said leave it there if you want, etc. At this point I saw no point to deal with him or his establishment so I just took my package and left, went to the next UPS drop off shipping center in Baldwin park, and got my receipt. Why would anyone leave a package without getting the mandatory receipt where they are supposed to weigh the item and give you tracking? If you don't have that if the item gets lost or in this case, stolen you just lost out on the item as if you never bothered to even return it etc. I was shocked at how aggressively angry this guy was towards me, I literally hope that he perhaps mistook me for someone else he didn't like? At least then it would make some sense since he was ridiculously rude towards me from the time I entered the store. I understand that everyone has a bad day but this type of treatment and tone towards customers was ridiculously rude. read more

If I could leave no stars I would, this place is seriously a joke! You walk in and there is a mediocre table to "drop off" packages, you literally just leave them on the table and walk away. Anyone can simply walk in and take the packages. Once I arrived I asked the man sitting on his phone in the front if they had tape. I forgot to paste the return slip on the box, I literally needed 2 strands of tape 2inch long each would have done it. He turns to be and says, yeah it's 2.49, I told him I literally only needed two pieces to paste the return slip on the box, he had tape right next to him. He then turned to me and said, "We don't give out FREE tape." Seriously!! I left so furious and went down the street to the Water store and they gave me tape, I came back and dropped off the package with out saying anything. 4 days later I wanted to check if the item had finally been returned as it had 2 day shipping, and it had barely left the store!! Are you serious it takes 4 days for a package to get picked up!! I could not believe it, I am never going here again, stay away!! Unless you want your items shipped in the next week!
