When I finally called, I was told, casually, that my order was on backorder. No update, no heads up, nothing. Then, unbelievably, they scheduled an installation without mentioning that only HALF of my order had even arrived. I didn't find that out until the installers were standing in my home, ready to install a partial order. How does a company think that's acceptable? It gets worse. When I called to address the situation, the customer service was shockingly unprofessional. The woman I spoke with, Karen, was rude, dismissive, and openly irritated that I was upset. She actually huffed at me while I was explaining the issue. When I pointed out they already had my full payment, she snapped back with a condescending response about only having "half our money" as if that somehow excuses their complete lack of communication and organization. This isn't a minor mistake, this is a pattern of incompetence: missed timelines, zero communication, disorganized scheduling, and outright disrespect toward customers. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid Budget Blinds. There are plenty of companies out there that can at least manage the basics, this clearly isn't one of them.

Customer Service was great with several furniture and home decor choices! I walked in and was greeted by Carlton. He was tall, robust and friendly! He encouraged me to take a look around and said,he would check on me later. Carlton explained that Home Zone sells the decor too! Also, they don't get paid on commission. Home Zone had a good amount of customers. In fact, I've never seen so many people at once. A few couples were shopping for bedroom suites while, employees were standing around enjoying each other's company. The Bedroom suites were nicely arranged with just the right color bedspread and pillows to enhance the appearance of the furniture. Some popular items, I noticed throughout the store were multiple sized vases, placed on a tray, which created the perfect accent. Tuffed headboards seem to be a thing of the past. Now, it's in with the new Barn Door headboards. Carlton came back to check on me and offered me a drink. He asked his co-worker to toss him a water then he handed it to me. I felt so special. It was a nice gesture. You don't have to go to the Hudson Oaks location to see a variety of furniture choices.
