I contacted them on June 21st, and they were ready to pick up on June 23rd. Michael Tasker was WONDERFUL to work with, and was prompt in all of our correspondence. So a few days later, I arrived, and he measured and calculated the actual pieces to drop the price by $300--said he could build custom sized boxes to help out.
