Went in for a full set and pedicure and I was rushed in and out so fast. Some of my nails on my hand are not fully painted all the way and the pedicure was finished in 5 minutes. The lady did not let my feet soak at all, did not get the dead skin off, did not clean up around my toe nails at all and when I asked her to be the dead skin that was very visible and to at least clean up my big toes better as the sides hurt she rolled her eyes and me. They really need to get some fans inside because it was hot still air I walked out with a head ache because of the chemical smell that was just sitting around. 3 of us went in. My daughter for a pedicure which she enjoyed. Her friend asked how much for manicure? $ 20, she told the lady I have gel in now bu I only want regular polish, nail tech said that is ok, and that's all she said. At end when paying they wanted $5 more. As we disputed the only man there told us that maybe the nail tech did not understand and we need to pay it anyway. He then got mad and walked away from us. Just had a basic manicure ($20)... I asked for clear nail strengthening polish. I sat down, the nail tech placed my fingertips/nails into warm water, while she filed the opposite hands nails. One hand's nails was filed prior to the nail soak, the other was filed after the nails were wet. Needless to say, The nails that were wet prior to filing are frayed. My fingernails "soaked" in water for no more than one full minute. Given the type of polish I asked for, the nail tech had to open a brand new bottle (her opening the packaging on the bottle took longer than my entire manicure from start to finish). My nails were painted with two coats, no time to dry in between each coat. I can see spots where there is no polish on my actual nail, but since it's a clear polish it isn't too obvious. Once done "painting" my nails, a small circular fan was turned on and I was directed to place my nails in Front of it "to dry." The tech then proceeded to leave the station. I however, looked around in confusion and voiced out load "I guess I'm done..." no reply. My ENTIRE manicure process was 5 minutes max. Nothing more, likely less than 5. read more

I got there right when they opened so I think she was disappointed to get a low dollar service compared to someone getting a mani and pedi. First, she burned my nails right from the get go while using the drill to remove my nail polish. Then, it felt like she was going to take my nails clean off as she was using the pumice pad buffer thingy. And then she literally slapped on my polish while trying to tell the other nail tech on the phone that she can take whatever service was needed next. She was definitely in a hurry to get me off her station. I usually tip 20% but I only had a $5 on me so I gave it to her. If I would've had dollar bills on me, she would've got $3. She didn't care to go all the way to my cuticles with the nail polish or even to get the sides of the nail. I am no prissy and can tolerate pain pretty well but that really sucked! Highly do not recommend. The lady who did my nails did a terrible job. I really hate to be mean about it, but for the price I expected better. There is way too much nail polish on my nails so it looks lumpy and sloppy. The filing of the nails is also terrible. Should be smooth but they are sharp and rough. I guess this is what I get for not going to my usual nail shop, but I was in a crunch for time and Kim Nails was able to accommodate me. Clearly, I see why... This place is gross!! They had cockroaches in the bathroom! I got a pedicure & it was done very poorly! She filed my nails crooked & try to say "your nails grow that way".
