My husband…read morebrought in some AO size double side pattern pieces from a book to have run as single side copies and a digital file so I could print them at home as needed. We requested SVG Format. The person running the machine absolutely shredded an entire page of patterns. Didn't seem to care at all, because "the scan is fine" The scan is not fine. It's cut off on one edge and is also not usable now. In addition to the digital files being crooked and entire parts missing, it was saved as a .tif file which is also not usable. We opned a ticket to get the cost of my $25 dollar book replaced. They ruined it, they should be responsible for it. I am out the cost of my now useless book, and the money spent on these files. It has been 2 weeks of stupid and inane run around. I am pretty sure they have their money and I will never be able to use the pattern book I purchased. Buyer beware, they have their money, screw the customer.

They shipped us a replacement and had the nerve to charge us for shipping. I called in to dispute the shipping charge and I could not hear the customer service rep over her barking manager in the back round. The manager continued to talk to the agent that I was speaking with interrupting our conversation multiple times. I was extremely disappointed in the service we had received here.

I used the color copy machine and when they printed out I noticed that the colors did not really match at all. The black was also very faint and almost look like a dark gray. I asked the girl to print them for me because maybe their copier would have darker ink. I thought I would be charge the same amount as the self serve since the other machine didn't seem to be working properly but she charged me the higher fee because I asked her to do it. I also needed a few things laminated and had called earlier in the day and was told it was 1.99 per sheet. When I arrived I was told it was 2.49. They did price match but only after I insisted. The manager was the person that told me the incorrect price. I was laminating an 8 x 11 that was cut in two pieces and instead of them cutting it in half again after it was laminated, she just handed it to me for me to cut. Normally this would not be a big deal but I had just been to Staples a few days before and had much better service. It's also concerning that the manager of the store doesn't know the prices or didn't take the time to verify. I will not be returning to this store for prints.
