When I went back to pick up my computer they said they had not moved my files yet so I had to come back later. When I finally got my computer, some files were missing on my new computer. The total service was about $130 and even though a new hard drive probably just cost $80, but my computer was working again, so I was not upset. But then I realize office depot put my credit card on file without my permission, each year I was charged for subscription for tech service $130 and MacAfee $100 (which increased this year). I contacted them for three years and they never solved this problem. I ended up got charged $720 service I never used. Total $850 I could have got a brand new computer instead of a hard drive!

My printer broke down within a month. I even had bought some insurance for it because I know how printers react to using them. They simply don't work very well after maybe a year maybe a little more this one only lasted about 4 weeks. But when I went back to exchange it They couldn't find me. They believe that I had bought it there. But there was nothing they could do about it because I didn't have a receipt. I get rid of my receipts because you can just keep so much paper even small little receipts. Because every business simply keeps you in their computer. Every business except office depot. They cost me a lot of money. I had to go buy another printer at a place that is reliable.. So I went to Best buy. I just said my name and up popped every transaction I had for the past 20 years. I bought a printer. I bought an insurance policy. I expect to have this printer for a couple of years before it crashes on me. But when I take it back, I'm sure to get a new one.

We are moving to Florida and are terminating our lease 2 months early. I expected to pay for the two months remaining in the lease but they are charging us for 4 months left plus another 2 months for early termination fee, plus they want us to pay Coordinated another $500 to come pick it up or deliver it myself "somewhere" in the country. I tried to reason with them and negotiate a fair termination agreement but they would have none of it. By the way, none of this was explained to us when we signed the contract. They do bait & switch and overcharge however they can.

Unethical Business Warning!…read more Beware of Coordinated Business Systems fine print. Our company has a contract with Coordinated Business Systems to service the printers in our facility. When we discovered it would be much cheaper to buy our own toner and pay for repairs, we told them we no longer want to pay them monthly for service. Only then did we find out that the fine print of a contract we signed AUTOMATICALLY renews the contract every year FOREVER unless we notify them in writing. The contract was signed over 5 years ago. They told us we must continue to pay for 8 more months until the end of the contract term! Caveat Emptor indeed.

I've seen bigger and wider with more staff UPS stores however in it is in a strip mall at plenty of shops around for fun. It is in the I have the main area of Plymouth. The young lady was very nice to me and she asked me questions she gave me different options what is in at which kind you want to do economy, overnight, ground, insurance etc. she took her time she was very nice very friendly :-) good customer service. They even have 15 minutes double space parking in front of the place which is nice in my opinion if you are in a hurry you don't wanna park far away walk on the snow or rain to deliver your package. The place was clean at the opening at 9 AM. Well with the double mask on, even if they don't vacuum we won't smell anything ha ha Ha
