My phone looks good as new and I no longer have to strangle my friend for leaving me with no phone. Actually, it probably wasn't even 15 minutes. These guys are seriously fast. My theory is that the mustache assists in the repair procedure. Apparently, they also have a tricked out ambulance. I did not see the ambulance, but I was nonetheless impressed by the fact that someone would commit that heavily to the "iphone doctor" theme. That's dedication. All in all, this is probably my 10th or 11th time getting my phone patched up, and this place was probably the most pleasant experience with a repair shop I've had. Party on, Matt! I went to a location that only does keys and they fixed the part that holds the battery but it was $100! It was fixed but now a year later- same problem. I came to this store and I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Phong fixed the exact part the other people did and put a brand new battery in it and it works perfect! Not to mention, I only paid for the battery!! Yesterday my husband went to get his iPhone screen fixed, and Phong fixed it so perfectly, it looked brand new!! And under $100!! These guys should stick to light bulbs and batteries. The phone repair service they offer sucks. They sent me to two stores and the first one claimed they didn't have the correct tool. And then Newman is a professional warranty expert for Samsung per his nonchalant smug voice. They wasted 2 weeks of my time knowing they were not going to repair my phone. Fortunately, I went to a different company and my phone was repaired with a different resolution and diagnosis by trained professionals and not fake technicians. Save your money and time by not going to this store or the durham store for phone repairs. I will buy a new phone before going to this place again. Bastards!!

I was coming into Raleigh from LA and needed the graphics for an event. I emailed Signarama with my file and Patty sent me a quote for the work and told me they would be able to turnaround my work to meet my next day timeframe. My flight was to arrive after they closed so they went above and beyond to make arrangements with the business next door to hold my prepaid order. It was a pretty simple vinyl lettering cut job but the pre-mask was applied well and worked out perfect.
