I went to this store 11/23/19 to mail a huge package back to a retailer. I spent over $25 for them to get it by tomorrow. So, when I checked the tracking earlier today, there was no trace of my package at all. So, I called them and the girl who answered hung up on me pretending to put me on hold. I called back twice more and received their voicemail. I left a message...no call back. So, I just called customer service at 800-789-4623 only to be told that they just made a label today, but UPS still Doesn't have possession of my package. I need to understand what the delay is. Why did I pay that much for them to forget to mail out my package??? I am pissed!!! I will never go back to this store. There's a reason I needed it there by tomorrow. This store is a hot mess. Customer service at its worse. Update: Today is 11/26/19. No response from this store after I left a vm yesterday after getting hung up on. spoke with Jason, the new owner as of April 2023 in reference to Joanna who was extremely rude. New staff seems to be unaware of pricing as well as customer service when it comes to UPS. Staff as well as Owner seem to not understand logistics. Staff was extremely rude. Jason owner was extremely rude. Previous owner was better equipped to deal with five star business. It seems to be a country mom and Pop mail. Stop now. I do not suggest any business be ran through this UPS location corporate/franchising needs to be notified. read more

Came in to ship stuff for the holidays and did not have a good experience - looking at the reviews on google I see I'm not the only one who shares the same sentiments about the owner, Steve, who is very condescending and had quite the attitude. If you need a package lost, count on this store. If you like to ship stuff only to have the tracking number display "label created" in perpetuity, this is your store. They should just label their tracking numbers "LOL." One time is forgivable, even when it was a $15k check. Multiple times, I'll drive further before I roll the dice here. It would be one thing if the employees had any empathy. No apologies, no follow up. The best you can hope for is "meh." read more

Under new management! I love seeing the transformation of this place! Service with a smile, very helpful staff! I used to avoid this place, now I'm always happy to remember it's close by AND a pleasant experience! I've used them mostly for shipping, very reliable. The one time I had an issue with a delivery in NYC, the manager went out of his way to sort things out quickly! Went in yesterday for some help with a FAX, again, very cheerful and helpful staff, remembered me from a previous visit! Today a lady came in behind me and she wasn't feeling well the lady behind the counter went and got her a chair then went and got her a water. This place rocks! I come here quite often to buy boxes or send eBay orders out. The manager knows me and I've seen a few employees switch over the year, but the current staff they have are extremely friendly and help pick the best box for the item being sent. One thing I wish the UPS store in general would do is lower prices for them to pack the orders. It adds up quite quickly! read more

This is the worst UPS store I have ever been to. It's not well maintained, the staff is unhelpful, and they rip people off on copy. I needed to print a label off which was on a standard size sheet of paper. They told me there was a print fee and a computer fee. $3.00 to print one sheet of paper! It cost me $0.15 at the FedEx store. Take your shipping needs to another business that is actually helpful and not there just to make money. read more

I would give them no stars but that is not an option. I went to simply drop off a package and they closed early without putting a sign outside and there was an employee clearly vacuuming. Called customer service they said they should be open but since they are a franchise it might be different so if I were you I would go to another UPS location instead of wasting your time going there. Today marked my second visit to this location. No complaints thus far on product services--packages get to where they are suppose to go. Customer service is mediocre at best. Blair is great--very attentive and enthusiastic but that's it: other employees do not acknowledge you when you walk in. It's almost as though they think they're doing me a favor. But, unfortunately I got stuck having to deal with the woman too and she deserves 1 star. She was extremely rude. This store is so convenient and is a one-stop destination for photocopying, shipping packages and avoiding the horrible lines at the nearby US Post Office when I want to send registered mail. It costs a little more, but it is well worth the time I save over the USPS. read more
