I have multiple wine memberships and often need to have my packages redirected to this location. I have NEVER had an issue with picking up my wine. I received notification that a box was being delivered to my office and knew I wouldn't be able to get it. It was unable to be delivered so I called FedEx and asked for it to be redirection to this FedEx store. I received a text the following business day that it was at the store. I went to the store and they said it was likely in the truck that was coming in. I saw the truck unloading so went back in and the girl said she as glad I came back. But when she went to find the package she said it hadn't come in. I called customer service and another number I was given. They said that it had been delivered to the store but never scanned in. They opened case and then quickly closed it went through vineyard made a claim. This is the only wine that comes in a branded box. I am sure that an employee never scanned in the box and it was stolen. I made an official complaint with FedEx and will be going to the store to make an official complaint. Just beware if you are sending things to this location. The employees can't be trusted. read more

It has been a long while since I came to this place. I remember when I was a student I did frequent Kinko's to use their photocopy and printing machines. Thankfully those days are behind me. However, recently I have to mail something via Fedex so I went there. While I was waiting in line, another staff member offered his assistance, and answered some basic question even though I still need to wait for the guy at the counter for further help. This location is down the street from me, but in all honesty I won't come here unless it's for an emergency. The store itself is in good condition. The employees are the issue. They're the most apathetic people I've ever had to deal with. There are self print stations, but heaven help you if you're an older person who doesn't understand technology or need any assistance because there's barely anyone ever working even when the store is packed with people. Even when you do get someone to come assist you more times than not they just tell you "That's just how it is." I suppose when it became a FedEx Office instead of Kinko's they lost their customer service abilities. read more

I had to return a book rental this past weekend and I went at around 9:00 am to this Fedex location. I have not been in here in a long time, since it was called Kinkos. Silvio the guy helping me was awesome!! Because I was lost and I didn't know what to do, he explained how the book rental return works and we did it, he charged me, packed my book and sent it where it was supposed to be sent. He said that they do that all the time and that made me feel good because I knew It should be fine. The place was neat and with everything placed in an easy way to see. David was amazing! He was so helpful and made it so easy! I tried online and was afraid I was selecting the wrong person and it didn't seem I was placing the order right. When I walked in, David was quick to offer us help, asked what we needed and helped us with our print! When I've had issues printing staff has been quick to help & have gone the extra mile & it's happened to me twice already (I ship & print labels here often) Once I had to ship a very large package & the staff member was helpful & patient. Most of the time I go to a Fed Ex location and it's really stressful, but Gian went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied by the end of the transaction. We had to edit our document multiple times which was a very tedious task and Gian was very patient with our complicated order of roughly 90 books. I grew up going to this Kinkos since it was Kinkos and now it's a FedEx Office. Although, I think to me it'll always be Kinkos. Kendall Kinkos. Recently, I was in to drop off a special package and had them package it for me. It was so quick and painless that I wondered why I'd put it off. I also wandered why I didn't save myself some time and just print the label online before coming in. Interestingly there seems to be a regular clientele that knows the workers quite well. Silvio was a huge help! He knew exactly what we needed and gave us great suggestions as to what type of paper to use for printing. We came in to print a very important presentation and he helped us set it up so when we finally presented it the next day everyone was blown away at how it looked. He stood out amongst the rest of the employees and really took the time to help us. He deserves a raise! Definitely knows his stuff and is extremely smart. When we came the next time to print another presentation and Silvio was not there it was a mess. Go to the Full Service desk first if you've never been here before. I'm sure a lot of people think that making copies or printing off a USB is very easy, which it is, but if there's money involved and you don't want to waste any, then make sure you check in with an associate first. Once you get the proper "training" from an associate, only then can you roam freely throughout the store with confidence. Yes, you can make copies and print pretty much anything you want. You can even print out posters on poster board here off hard copies or digital files. The poster option is great and prices start at $40. I'm not sure if that's cheap or not, but if you need a custom poster for a special event, then maybe price won't be that big of a factor. You'll find various office supplies for sale here, but I'd recommend against purchasing any of those products. You'll find much better prices at the bigger office supply chains. But overall, if you deal specifically with associates, then you'll be happy with the services and won't waste any money. It's all about full service... read more

I've had to do all of the above and more and I am lucky we have a Fedex Print Center in Miami to do so! Fedex Office Print and Ship Center, formely known simply as Fedex/Kinkos is OPEN 24/7. Have you ever missed a Fedex delivery at home because it required your signature and you were out? Just call Fedex and ask them to send it to your nearest Fedex Office Print and Ship Center so you can pick it up at your convenience! I've done that many times too. Inside this shop, they have several copy machines, two photo printing machines, a few computers for internet use, tons of office supplies for purchase and of course, a shipping center. They offer all kinds of printing here such as posters, flyers, banners, business cards...pretty much anything you need. You can even send your files from home through their website so that you only need to make the trip to their store once; when it's time to pick up your order. I've had a few items laminated here throughout the years. Sometimes I have run into issues with those because they'll turn them in to me with the corners already peeling. However, they've rectified it right away. I have always found it thoughtful that they provide complimentary basic office supplies to their customers. You'll find them near the copy machines (Stapler, staple remover, rubberbands, paperclips, scissors, binder clips, highlighters and the like.) It has come in handy for me on several occasions. This location offers the worst customer service of any FedEx Office I've ever visited. I ran in this morning for a quick print. I made my way to the counter where the female employee was finishing up with a customer. As the customer she's waiting on walks away, the employee asks me if I was with the previous customer. I tell her "no". The female employee begins to walk away without inquiring with me. She turns to the male employee and say, "I am not sure what she wants but, you help her" -- referring to me. Stunned, I say, "Well, if you asked, I could just tell you what I want." The female employee turns and asks "Well, what do you want?" The male employee assists me and I was on my way. If I had known of a quick alternative, I would have left without spending a dime. The female employee's unprofessional demeanor was completely uncalled for and definitely unprovoked. Of course, if the store was busy and passing me off was just to move the line along, I would have understood. I was the only person in the store after the customer that was being serviced. I should have been treated with the same courtesy as the previous customer. I will definitely consider all of the other options next time when I am in need of copy/printing services. read more

Beware...It has been my experience coming here that the customer be inconvenienced. For some weird reason on 3 occasions I have gone there the black and white printer doesn't work. I recently went to print 1 black and white sheet and again that particular printer was not working. I was told to send it to the backup printer but noticed I was going to be charged $1 as opposed to the original cost of 52 cents. I interrupted a conversation between 2 employees who were now doing their best to ignore me while I was still on the clock being charged for the computer I was using. I was not even offered a refund on the extra cost, despite it being an issue on their end. Do not waste your money here. Typical Miami attitude from staff. The older woman with glasses was very rude. It annoyed her that I was asking about this. Fend for yourself and go elsewhere. You will not be helped. I'm only glad that I didn't have a major print job to do. The store manager, a fellow named Danny Perez, refused to accept a returned package addressed to HP because "it had to be packaged in a brown box" and he offered their services for packaging, of course, for a lot of $s. The peculiar thing is that HP itself sent me the item in the exact same box used (and it was sent to my home through FedEx itself!) I spoke afterward with HP and they offered to pick up the box themselves through FedEx. This is a scam -- beware of this Kinko's office! read more

Service? Nonexistent. Price? Not cheap. Coming back? Only if this is the last place with printers on earth. I wanted to do double-sided copies. You don't need a college degree to do that but alas, I messed up and it charged my card. (Maybe because I don't have a college degree...yet.) Anywho, I call a young lad to help me and yeah, he helps but does he take the time to smile or at least refund the money of my messed up copies? No. HINT: they do refund your money IF you mess up and apparently IF they care. it's 10 cents per side (black and white) so it came out to 20 cents a page. Boo. read more

Apparently diplomas have a copyright I was not aware of and they could not make my copy.....but I was more than welcomed to make a copy myself. Customer service is lacking big times ! I placed an online order for prints. ( that's a big plus) when I walked in I approached a lady whom i asked were I needed to go to get my printed flyers. As I'm standing there I make eye contact with 2 sales people and not once did any say I'll be with you in a moment ( customer service is also common courtesy) mind you the place was empty and I was next in line for prints. Well I didn't have to wait long thank god. One of the sales people asked for my name and got my order. Basic simple, my 4 yr old could do that's In a customer service environment please teach employees so they don't run the business to a 1 star Yelp comment. I do a lot of printing and unfortunately there are few options in my area. That is the only reason I return. Their service is very poor. In all my experiences, the staff is extremely uninterested in helping you. They want to find the fastest way to get you out of their face. They do not take the time to understand your order and seem annoyed if you ask for their advice. On several occasions I have been treated as a nuisance when I send large orders over $100. I actually had a woman roll her eyes at the size of my order. Also, the staff is upset if you ask for your order to be redone when THEY make a mistake. For example, on one $90 order I paid for coil binding and color printing. Instead, they used comb binding (which is not comfortable for folding) and it was not in color. The woman was annoyed that I asked for this to be corrected and asked if I really needed color. Yes...that's what I paid for isn't it? It seems like they only hire people who are grumpy and do not know how to smile. I'm moving on to Office Depot. read more

The store was completely empty at the time, so I was wondering why he was making himself so inaccessible. This is not the first time I have gotten terrible service at this location and its easy to see why, its a leadership issue, the manager Mohammed, is rude and has no sense of the meaning of customer service. So this Fedex-kinkos-whatever the new name is now has always been available to me when i needed it. Its 24 hours, so it has saved me many a times when i've had a last minute printer function in the middle of the night. My last trip i had to print something poster sized and even though it took a while to get to me, the person who helped me was the best. He went out of the way to print part of the poster as a sample since the computer was saying the image may not print at the same resolution. He showed me a sample of the paper and even went out of the way to find our corporate account which is difficult since i work in academia and have 20 million account numbers. Short story shorter: if you're in a printing/copy bind at any hour you can come here and get it done. It may cost more and service is a hit or miss, but it will be done. read more

I love FedEx Office! It's the first place I go to if I ever need to enlarge pictures, print out documents on fancy paper, or need to ship anything FedEx. Besides their services, their staff is very friendly, and they will help you out with anything computer-wise. Just tell them what you need to do, and they will happily do it for you. Today, I came to them to ship a few textbooks, and they helped me package the books and were able to provide me with the best fitting envelopes, for a fee of course. If you need to print anything at the computer kiosks, make sure that you come up with a game plan because you pay for each minute you use the computer, so costs can add up very quickly. read more
