Let me start off by telling you they don't even own a business location it's his guys basement in his house! Finally I get my pc and it's making a weird noise for a month I try to contact them nothing and then finally I find out that the fan of the water cooler is damaged most likely on installation and the fan blades are tearing off flying through the inside of my case! I had to pay for another part another tech to install it because when I reached out to them to try to replace the part for me they were unreachable I left voice mail I went to the website and left emails I even drove to the house/business and knocked on he door . Someone was there but got quiet and refused to open the door . These guys don't know what they are doing and they overcharge for the work they do.
