Check out lines are speedy quick and did I mention they have lots of interesting-things-you-don't-need at the check out counter. Also they have sale baskets in the middle of the store on useless stuff you just don't need. Now for my problem Every 3 months or so I go to this store to purchase some HP printer cartridges. I usually get the combo back for the nice price of $67 with tax (normal price is about $64). Recently I went to go get the cartridges and the regular price before taxes is listed at $71.00. Considering I rarely have any other need to shop at Office Depot, it is very likely I will be purchasing these cartridges directly from HP or Amazon where the price is cheaper. Or Walmart. I gotta take care of me.

The absolute worst…read more.. I got what I needed but it way too damn long to get it. In line for 15 minutes before I get helped. I am finally standing at the counter. Another five minutes. Once I'm finally getting things going I notice a lady waiting who appears to be really impatient. I thought she was going to blow up at someone. She ended up walking out with nothing in hand. The lady that helped me was very nice but just very slow. Her co-worker, a young lady who appeared to be under the age of 25, just took her jolly ol' time with everyone. It would take her a while to greet people and she worked as if no one was under any sort of time constraint. In my opinion, the wrong person to have when it comes to customer service. Bad, bad, bad.

I usually like to purchase some red ink pens as the store brand are my favorites. Stop by if you'd like to pick up a desk lamp, some legal pads, a pack of dry-erase markers, a twix bar, a container of cleaning spray, a cheesecake factory gift card, or a 24- pack of Office Depot-branded bottled water... in case you really want to show off at work. But I still recommend the red Office Depot-branded ink pens, you can't beat those with a stick! (Actually, you could. But why would you? They're awesome!)

If you're planning to print from your phone, you'll need to email your documents to their system rather than sending directly from your device. There are instructions at the print station, but you should expect to handle most of the process on your own. I did ask a few questions at the counter. The associate initially seemed a little short, but became more helpful once I started asking specifics and pointed me in the right direction. One thing to note: faxing is priced per page (I was quoted $2/page), which felt a bit high for me, so I ended up skipping that service. Overall, I was able to get my printing done, but just be prepared for a more DIY experience if you stop in.

Since it was nearby, I immediately made an appointment. I walked in, made them aware of my appointment and they quickly assisted me. The process was quick and easy and the lady that assisted me was extremely nice and very helpful. I signed a few documents, scanned my fingerprints, took my picture, paid the $85 and I was on my way. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. The lady did mention that the process is much quicker when you use your passport as 'proof of citizenship' versus a birth certificate or other documents. Most locations don't offer weekend appointments but thankfully, this Office Depot location does, which was very convenient. I was told it would take 3-5 days to receive my KTN, but I received it the next day. If you're looking to get TSA PreCheck, this location made the process quick and easy.

Don't bother…read more Sometimes they will print what you want. Sometimes they won't. Sometimes it will be on time. Sometimes it will take three days to get 15 copies. The real problem is that you never know. And when you get stuck, it is always an excuse--like "we can't do that." Really? You did the same thing last month. But whatever. Not to mention that the prices are ridiculous. For example a "blueprint" on 24 lb paper is around $5 bucks. The same paper and size in the poster setting is over $20. As a teacher, creating sometimes disposable visual aids, I am not paying for name "poster", when it is the same amount of ink on the same paper. I have printed in the blueprint setting for years--recognizing the quality might be diminished. Only now, they can't do it if it isn't a blueprint. All of a sudden. I get it. Why wouldn't you make teachers pay more than architects?
