I needed a quick turnaround on replacement of a shattered iPad screen with damage to one corner. Gus graciously worked the repair into his schedule. He thoroughly explained the procedure and his paperwork; then set the expectation of when it would be finished, which was later that day or the next morning. I received a text that afternoon saying the repair was complete as stated and picked it up the next morning at his shop. I found Gus to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I found out when the tech arrived that there's an extra fee for that. My appointment was set for 10am, at 1030 I reached out to customer support to find out where the tech was as he hadn't arrived or made contact. I was told the tech would contact me within 15 minutes for a status. An hour later I got the call saying he was booked and wouldn't be able to make the appointment time. The tech finally arrived at 5pm! While this might seems like a technician issue, it's scheduling in the company. After instal was complete (and the tech left all the trash laying around) I was charged an extra $20 by the company for no known reason.
