It seemed overwhelming at first, but having the option of selecting how much we say during the ceremony was actually fun. Eric is a great officiant and a kind person that's a pleasure to work with. He was professional and well spoken. He tended to the later changes I made, no problem. His website is really useful to help pick and chose and format your vows together if you need help. We felt very comfortable with him and he seamlessly handed the mic off to us for our personal vows. Eric was absolutely outstanding. Our wedding was on May 27, 2012 and we are still glowing from that day. My wife and I would highly recommend Eric for all your officiant needs. Our first meeting was at a Starbucks and we instantly remarked how easy-going and unique Eric was. His take on the wedding ceremony was all about the bride and groom, as it should be (in my opinion). He was flexible in us rewriting a bunch of readings to accommodate our individuality. When we booked our venue at Malibu Rocky Oaks our wedding planner recommended Eric to be our officiant.
