She went above and beyond to make sure I didn't feel so disheartened about my cancelled order. She really wanted to make sure I was able to gift what I really wanted to gift. She is incredibly knowledgeable and just so kind to take her time to help me even when the store didn't have what I wanted in stock. Little did I know at the time that the other pair I liked was on sale on their app/website for $40 less than in store! So if you do happen to see something you like in here, be sure to check on their website first and see if they could price match. The staff here is A+ they're so friendly and helpful. When I did end up buying that other pair on the app & they didn't fit, I returned to this store & exchanged them in store and the staff there was so willing to bring out multiple sizes to make sure they fit properly & then exchanged things with a smile and quickly. Lyric is one of the managers at this location and will go above and beyond to help you find what you need. The positive energy that Lyric always has finds its way to the rest of the staff and so all the employees at this location are helpful. Most recently I had the pleasure of interacting with Nia. She was helping me find some sweats for my son while also helping another customer with a pair of shoes. She did not miss a beat and has the same enthusiasm about her customer service as Lyric. I really love this store., the employees make shopping in here fun. The prices are also reasonable and my son finds that the selection is pretty good. I wish all of the stores in the mall had employees like these.

Well, it seems times have changed (or, most likely, I have changed). They still have a very surf/skate culture feel to the store. It's slightly dark & 'edgy' but not enough that it would scare your grandma out. They leave that up to the groups of high schoolers aimlessly roaming the store in packs. They make it tough to move around as they'll just hang out in a section goofing off. You want to look around that area? Too bad. They're not even going to acknowledge your presence there. I ended up leaving shortly after coming in as I knew it wouldn't be worth my time. It seems like, at least for the men's inventory, they have a few of several styles, but not a ton of variety. I hope the women's section has better variety but I can't speak for that. I just know their men's swim section was tiny & their section of currently hip (read: overpriced) t-shirts was big. I guess my days of shopping at Tilly's have passed. Maybe one day I can pass the cap off to one of my kids.

My husband also asked her about a shoe size for my baby, and she was incredibly rude--she didn't even come over or anything; she just said, "Only the sizes you see there," and was very arrogant about it. The service was terrible. I had already heard bad reviews about that store, but I went because it was nearby; I will never visit that place again. You go there to make a purchase with your own money, not to beg them for service only to have them come over with attitude; if they don't like their job, they should just quit! I am never coming back to this store, and I don't recommend going there.
