Was a long time customer of this store, as well as sister establishment GEC. Went in one night and splurged a bit, bought a higher quality gram for $30, only to drive home and open an empty jar. I went back and told an associate who pulled the GM, who then said he could not help me because I could've stolen that gram. The jar was crystal clear with no smudges, so I was baffled to be accused at all, without them even pulling up my account to see my history or anything. THEY STOLE MY ID. It's very clear that they have stolen other customers ID's as well. There's 2 whole stacks of many different customer ID's that they have just laying around. When I asked them to check the stacks of ID's they lied and said they couldn't then said "another customer took it"... there were no other customers at the time that could've taken it, the store was completely empty. They usually are always packed in that cramped , ugly, small waiting area because they are too busy in the back gossiping and watching movies to actually help customers. Place needs to be shut down! The environment is unsafe and unkept especially at night, inside the shop is no better. Inside the shop the music is turned to 40 max(and they refuse to turn it down)! The bud tenders a very unfriendly and barely helpful. one of the joints was not only opened before I bought it-- but taped shut with scotch tape. in addition the prices are inconsistent. my roommate picked up from them on Thursday, she bought the same joint I did but for $6 dollars instead of $10each.
