Thieves and terrible customer service. I was told specifically laundry service would be in the range of $20 per week. Never a mention for weight and other nickel and dime shit. They did my father's laundry twice (one person who does not change daily) and it was $50+++ every week. I canceled the service after 2 weeks. Total fricken rip off! I had multiple experiences just like Richard S. Once they actual claimed responsibility but since then and after repeated damage to clothing they now refuse to accept responsibility. 3 times I had shirts come back with stains from the lubricant used on the machine that moved the clothes around the shop. They blamed it on their sister site and said they have seen it before. One time, a brand new shirt cam back with the collar almost completely torn off. No responsibility (like I brought it there with the collar hanging off). They own every cleaner in town. no competition means no customer service. Many co workers no longer using them. To be clear. The staff have always been prompt and courteous and very willing to help. The Tailor has been amazing. My only issue with this dry cleaner is their lack of accountability when they damage your belongings. I understand that damage occurs and sometimes it is unavoidable, I just asked that ownership take accountability and make it right. read more

I'm a college faculty member and recently purchased academic regalia to wear for graduations. Unfortunately, the regalia that I received in the mail was about two sizes too big for me. The seamstress at Ogden was able to make alterations in about a week's time so that it fit me in time for graduation. I was very happy with the quality of the work performed given the short timeframe. It cost $60 total, which was an excellent rate compared to the telephone quote I received from an alteration store in Phoenix. read more

So i bring in some nice dress shirts, and some simple cotton polo shirts to be laundered so they look pressed. They dry cleaned the polos, at $5.00 apiece. 33 dollars worth of polo shirts. the 5 nice dress shirts? $13 bucks total. Who does that? Not happy. read more

In the past year I have used Ogdens for both dry cleaning and seamstress services. I have been very happy with the services they provide and they arent too expensive. They always have my items ready on time and have saved some of my favorite garments by getting out some difficult stains. I am really satisfied with the locations as well. People can be super harsh in their reviews. People can often be quicker to complain than compliment. They should think about being fair when they post things. read more

I'm so surprised by the low reviews, given the experiences I've had! The staff is friendly and fun and I've never had an issue getting my clothes out on time and they always look great! I feel like no business is perfect and admittedly, the staff tends to be on the young side, but in my opinion, this is a great local business. HORRIBLE!!!! I had two pairs of men's dress pants dry cleaned. When I got home I noticed that one of them had a huge hole next to the back pocket. The tag said they were received like that, however, the girl who took the pants looked them over and said nothing when I dropped them off. Also, my Fiance had just worn the pants for out engagement pictures the day before, so to say that I had checked them over would be a complete understatement! We will never return! read more

I don't know how the customer service could be worse. First, I have to ask when my item will be ready. Then they also inform me that they don't call to inform you your item is ready. The employee told me my item would be ready on thanksgiving even though the sign that they put on the door said they were closed thanksgiving. So I then assume it'll be done by the next day, Friday. I give them more time and come in the following Monday. My item STILL is not ready and they tell me it's at their other location and that I could drive over their or wait even longer and come back at another time to pick the rug up. WELL, THANK YOU OGDENS FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!! WHY DONT YOU ADOPT THE POLICY WHERE YOU CALL PEOPLE WHEN THEIR SHIT IS READY?!?! Never going their again. I went to see the seamstress and was told that now they have summer hour of 8:00 to 12:00. So they sent me to the other location and the seamstress doesn't work on Wednesday. Lack of competition is the only reason why this place stays in business. - They give you inaccurate quotes on any tailoring services they provide, then try to charge you outrageous prices when you want to pick your garments up. - Ownership could care less about customer service. - One of the owners, Sarah, is incredibly rude & unprofessional. She treated me atrociously when I asked to speak to her in order to question the high price they were trying to charge me for hemming a maxi dress for me. I was very civil and polite initially; but despite being nice to her in the beginning, she threw my debit card in my direction after she ran it thru her credit device, raised her voice at me, rolled her eyes, and tried to lecture me. When I pointed out that her business has nothing but negative reviews online, she answered me with "That's OK because only whiny people complain online. We have plenty of loyal & happy customers". - Their tailoring was awful! Poor quality and takes a whole week to get back! read more

These guys ruined $500 worth of clothes we had dry cleaned -- Ibex and Anthropologie sweaters as well as some bedding. The wool items came back stretched, pilled, and faded and the bedding was a completely different color from the day I dropped it off. Be VERY, VERY WARY of letting these guys clean anything! read more

I use Ogden's on a very regular basis. They have always cleaned and pressed my work uniforms well, and if I found they made a mistake, they always fix it for me right away. 1st time visit and I was rightly cautious. So far I've found a rip in an expensive suit, a button I paid to be replaced which wasn't done, etc... Unfortunately if you need dry cleaning done in Flagstaff, best to wait until your next trip to the valley. Ogdens appears to be very unorganized. I dropped off clothes on Saturday being told they would be ready for pickup on Tuesday. Wednesday morning at 8 am I enter Ogdens, my shirts are there but pants and tie are missing. They ask if they can look for them and have me stop by later. Fast forward two hours. It is clear they have yet to search for my missing clothes and after I wait for 15 minutes there are no promising signs. They eventually ask if it is okay for them to call me later and I can pick them up then. No it is not, but what choice do I have? I am currently waiting for this call an hour later and I have no faith. I have an important interview on Friday that I did not think would be a problem, but I now see that I will likely be forced to buy new pants and a tie tonight in order to be ready. Very unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and organization of this establishment. Research all your options before trusting a business with your professional attire. read more
