I eat here regularly. My pizza has always been great. The salad and ranch dressing are awesome. Except today my pizza was very sloppily made most of the green olives were on one side of the pizza on one slice mainly. maybe 4 or 5 pepperoni's on the entire pizza. I called to complain and was told that it was because they were busy and that's probably why it was quickly made. I asked what could be done about it. I didn't pay for a sloppily made pizza just thrown together and was told they didn't know what could be done as they are very busy. Easily one of the best pizza places around! Their chef salad and garlic bread are both great starters. The chef salad can easily feed 4 to 5 people. They have a few different levels of sauces according to spiciness, its kind of nice to have something different every once in awhile. Came with huge work group. Yes the decor is older but I think it gives it charm. Everything ran very efficiently and effectively we called ahead and they had our orders on the table within minutes of arrival. Ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza and it was fresh and delicious. Others in the group had the lunch special with good looking salads and mini pizzas, one ordered the cheese bread she said it was very good. THURSDAY NIGHT: ordered a pizza with 3 extra toppings and turns out they missed the extra toppings. While I could've called on the spot (the 'DAY OF'), we all know Thursday is the new Friday... AND, it was amidst their prime hours... AND, we were working on a project with a deadline, SO, we thought we'd just call tomorrow and not contribute to anything negative during THEIR PRIME HOURS. FRIDAY: Called twice and no answer. Hmmmmm.... SATURDAY (post prime hours): Spoke with the M.O.D. (manager on duty) and was instructed to CALL BACK on Monday since she wasn't allowed to issue any credits unless it's 'THE DAY OF', so to speak. I understood and said, "No problem!". TODAY! (MONDAY): Called and spoke with whom I'd presume to be the M.O.D., she took my name and # and said she'd have to 'CALL HER MANAGER and confer this situation. She called me back within 10 minutes and said, "My manager approved for me to give you a '50% OFF YOUR NEXT ORDER' code and that's all her manager would be able to offer since it wasn't 'THE DAY OF'!!!! Gee, Really?????? When I ordered the pizza last Thursday, did I say, "I'll order 1-Large and 1-Med pizza but, I'm only gonna pay for the Large!... I give the Ogden Pizzeria 4 Stars for several reasons. Foremost is they are better than average on their pies. They also have a spicy marinara sauce for all you heat lovers and they don't skimp on toppings. But they lose some points for their lack of other menu offerings and for not having a competitively priced option for delivery. The service is always friendly and accommodates quickly and they are great at getting big orders. My husband and I love best that we can custom order a pizza fit for us. Hawaiian with half spicy sauce and half mild sauce and jalapeños on the spicy side. I love the variety there and their garlic cheese bread is amazing. I really enjoyed my experience at Ogden Pizzeria. It was old and doesn't look like its changed much since the 70's, but that gave it more of a Pizzeria feel. We got 2-9" pizzas and were filled with some to take home. I got a combination and Connie got a All Meat on Alfredo Sauce. The red sauce had a bit of a kick which I liked .
