I eat here regularly. My pizza has always been great. The salad and ranch dressing are awesome. Except today my pizza was very sloppily made most of the green olives were on one side of the pizza on one slice mainly. maybe 4 or 5 pepperoni's on the entire pizza. I called to complain and was told that it was because they were busy and that's probably why it was quickly made. I asked what could be done about it. I didn't pay for a sloppily made pizza just thrown together and was told they didn't know what could be done as they are very busy. Easily one of the best pizza places around! Their chef salad and garlic bread are both great starters. The chef salad can easily feed 4 to 5 people. They have a few different levels of sauces according to spiciness, its kind of nice to have something different every once in awhile. Everything ran very efficiently and effectively we called ahead and they had our orders on the table within minutes of arrival. Ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza and it was fresh and delicious. Others in the group had the lunch special with good looking salads and mini pizzas, one ordered the cheese bread she said it was very good. As a business owner for over 20+ years, I cater to the 'small guys' and am very empathic to their 'prime hours' of operation. THURSDAY NIGHT: ordered a pizza with 3 extra toppings and turns out they missed the extra toppings. While I could've called on the spot (the 'DAY OF'), we all know Thursday is the new Friday... AND, it was amidst their prime hours... AND, we were working on a project with a deadline, SO, we thought we'd just call tomorrow and not contribute to anything negative during THEIR PRIME HOURS. FRIDAY: Called twice and no answer. Hmmmmm.... SATURDAY (post prime hours): Spoke with the M.O.D. (manager on duty) and was instructed to CALL BACK on Monday since she wasn't allowed to issue any credits unless it's 'THE DAY OF', so to speak. I understood and said, "No problem!". TODAY! (MONDAY): Called and spoke with whom I'd presume to be the M.O.D., she took my name and # and said she'd have to 'CALL HER MANAGER and confer this situation. She called me back within 10 minutes and said, "My manager approved for me to give you a '50% OFF YOUR NEXT ORDER' code and that's all her manager would be able to offer since it wasn't 'THE DAY OF'!!!! They also have a spicy marinara sauce for all you heat lovers and they don't skimp on toppings. But they lose some points for their lack of other menu offerings and for not having a competitively priced option for delivery. I've been to the Ogden Pizzeria quite a few times. Their pizzas are on the smaller side, cheesy, and with a slightly spicy sauce - they offer regular, spicy, and mix sauces. Their toppings are hit and miss. You can't really mess up pepperoni, but their combo or meat lovers are fairly meh. Their cheesy garlic bread is good, but doesn't mesh well with their sauce. The sauce has a fairly high acidity, that works better on the pizza than the bread. The interior is a dive and makes you feel like you stepped back to the early 80s. The only thing missing is a table arcade Pac-Man. And, while I don't mind a dive, the old carpet really makes the place feel dingy.
