The place definitely lived up to the buildup! The place itself is an outdoor type of place but with seating under a pavilion. There is a playground for kids; several TVs for sports or other events; and a small stage for a band. We decided to try the buffalo fries to start with. The small cubes of chicken were tender and the buffalo sauce was the perfect flavor and the quantity of sauce was perfect - not too much or too little. We tried the Ringer which is a burger with BBQ, ranch sauce, pickles, bacon, cheese and onion rings. The burger was very moist and flavorful. The combination was really good. Just a really great burger - in my all-time top 5 burgers. We also tried the Jalapeño Melt which was a burger on Texas toast with bacon, jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, and BYK sauce. It was a very tasty patty melt - moist and flavorful. I will b looking for excuses to head to Floresville so I can take a few minutes and go to Poteet so I can eat here again.
