Skip. Skip. Skip! I've gone here a while and always had small isssues never enough to not come back. Today I was cut , and there was lint all over my freaking light pink nails! I could still see the red polish in some places from my previous manicure. I got one redone but as I walked out realized the whole thing was fucked. 40 dollars for gel and 30 for pedicure is way too much money for it to look like a toddler did it. Plus there's always holes!!!! Or air bubbles. I did ask one finger to be redone and they fixed it for me but I got home... there is still "lint" on it. Literally lint all over stuck in the polish. Nice

Horrible. Worst pedicure ive ever received, the woman kept walking away & filed and painted my toes unevenly. To make things worse they threw my shoes in the wet pedicure tub next to me instead of moving them next to my chair and they were soaking wet. They didnt understand how to fix 2 of my sisters broken powder nails with an extension. After we finally said something to the women working about the wait they legit laughed at us and told us they didnt understand what she wanted... so they left her just waiting for 45 mins instead of taking a second to ask? Such a horrible experience. Avoid this place like the plague:

I think some of the negative reviews are competitor salons. It's possible. This place, my second or third time here, is actually pretty damn good. I came in today and know I will spend a few more bucks than where I wanted to go (but they had no availabilities) but that's fine - the price I will pay for my impatience. Lol. Yuni took care of my manicure and Pedicure and she was sweet, professional, and quite good/detailed. Monica gave me an awesome and impressively strong 10 min back massage which I normally pay $10 for, but here it's $15. But it was worth it. Could I nitpick things? Maybe. But who couldn't ANYWHERE you go. Also... Don't reviews depend on the reviewer as well? I have as high of expectations as anyone else. And have been to my very fair share of nail salons across the country actually, but nothing I've experienced here would prevent me from returning.

Always walk-in during the weekday mornings and no wait at all. Angie did a fabulous job!!

This is what my feet are supposed to look like before a pedicure not after one.

Beautiful place. You walk in and think your in the right spot until the lady begins. Nothing worse than a rushed job with no attention to detail. Then 10 minutes after you sit down they tell you you're finished when they barely even started. Next is the attitude they give you when you don't leave them a tip for what is basically the worst pedicure you've ever had. Save yourself a miserable experience and find a different spot I know I will next time

This is my regular nail place. I try to come in once a week and usually only deal with minimal waits on the weekends or before major holidays. They have a good color selection of regular, vinyl and gel colors. Every nail technician does a nice job and I've had maybe 2 bad manicures in the 5 years I've been coming here (odds I would take!) It's very clean and sterile. They always take their tools out of those plastic pouches and line the pedicure chair sink with plastic. They don't have powder gel but they do a great job with the UV gel and have a nice selection of specialty pedicures (albeit they are a bit pricey.) I only come for my mani/pedi's and massages so I can't speak on the waxing or facial services, but any super negative reviews or absolute raves I would take with a grain of salt. This is a dependable, local salon. They also have wifi!

Literally holes in my polish! Manicure didnt even last 1 day, DO NOT GO!

Made an appointment again but ended up not getting started on for over 45 minutes. When I walked in I was a bit grossed out by the sewage smell that never went away. I asked the head lady in charge if they had the color I showed her on my phone...she said yes. I finally get Lisa who asks why I'm getting powder and tells me UV gels better and kept asking why I don't get it instead...I said I'll look into it if it's healthy or not...she persisted...I declined repeatedly..she started laughing and talking to the technician next to her-all I could make out was uv and powder in what sounded like a complaining, condescending tone. (The first time the leading lady tried to convince me to get gel as well but in a much nicer way-so it appears they don't like doing powder and removing it) Once she's done removing my last manicure she pulls out uv gloves and tries to put them on my hands...I asked her if she was going to do UV gel anyway even though I said no....she says yes, I tell her no, she starts complaining again in her language to the technicians near her. I had to ask if she knew how to do powder as I was beginning to get worried. After 2 hours the end result was fine, but in a color other than what I asked for and I'll probably have to go get them redone. So Be warned if you do go here...make sure you get gel! (And bring a translator) *also know they do not give complimentary massages while your nails dry as most other salons in the area do, instead they have a man who asks you if you want a massage, starts and then tells you the fee. Thankfully I picked up on this from seeing him do this to others before he got to me.

She greets you by name and accommodates you whenever possible. Lily does both my powder fills and pedicures. She's thoughtful, courteous, and most importantly, highly skilled and conscientious. I couldn't help but notice some poor reviews, which seem to be based on perceived rudeness. While my preference would be that the ladies all be fluent in English, that's not the case. Based on my observations they're all are very sweet but many are unable to communicate well in English. Ann, however is quite fluent (with an accent) and will always step in to assist. They have a great selection of colors and products. They get very busy so if you have a favorite technician, appointments are best. They run on time, which in my experience is unusual. They use air filtration, which is important to our health and proper sanitization techniques - all very important to me. Parking is relatively easy. All in all, great Nail Salon!

Complete rip off! I came here for a pedicure and fill in. I wanted to cut my nails down a little…read morebit (they were not by any means long), the lady told me it was $20 to cut them! I said no way am I paying that. She said "it's more than just cutting, I have to file them too..." Well yeah, that is part of the manicure/fill in process! I was already in the pedicure chair while the lady was taking off the gel polish on my toes when she informed me that THAT was also $10 (OK, that's not unheard of when you go somewhere new) but it was also $20 if I wanted to do gel again, which I did. Most places I have been to would drop the $10 charge if you were getting gel polish again, especially if you want a repeat customer. At this point I said just finish the pedicure and forget about the nails because your prices are absurd. I looked at their price list before leaving. No mention of charging $20 to cut your nails. That's just ridiculous. I'm not cheap but I do not want to be nickel and dimed. On top of that, even after sanitizing your hands you're not allowed to touch ANY of the colors. So I had to stand there while they showed me the colors, and they couldn't even find the one I wanted. They also informed me at the door that my mask "wasn't acceptable" and handed me a cheap mask they insisted I wear instead. I should have walked out at that point but I really needed a pedicure so I walked back to my car and got another mask of my own. If you're so concerned about Covid, maybe you should turn the AC on instead of leaving the door open because the place was steaming hot, making it a breeding ground for bacteria. No wonder this place is empty on a Friday afternoon. I'm glad I didn't have to endure sitting there for another hour in the sweltering heat getting my nails done.
