    Two awesome IPAs
    Lou L.

Fun place, friendly staff and patrons. Enjoyed a couple of afternoon beers and got to chat with the brewmaster. Chill vibe, easy street parking. Both IPAs we tried were awesome!

Small brewery and location with a selection of beers. Service was good and friendly but nothing stood out to become memorable.

Outstanding Customer Service That Builds Lifetime Loyalty…read more I need to share an experience that perfectly demonstrates what exceptional customer service looks like. I placed a delivery order with Brickhouse tonight. The hostess was incredibly sweet and professional taking my order, and payment was processed without issue. Shortly after, I missed a call from the restaurant--they were calling to let me know they don't actually offer delivery and the order was taken in error. Here's where it gets remarkable: By the time I called back, they had already decided to personally deliver my order anyway to honor the commitment and avoid inconveniencing us. This wasn't about convenience for me (normally I would have just driven over to pick it up), but my car is currently out of commission. And here's the part that truly stands out: Perry, the owner himself, personally delivered our order. Not a staff member. Not a manager. The owner took time out of his evening to make sure we were taken care of. What impresses me most is that they didn't have to do this. They could have simply refunded the order and apologized. Instead, Perry chose to go above and beyond--not because they offer delivery service (they don't), but because he valued the customer relationship and his word. This review isn't about the food. This review isn't about delivery service (because they don't deliver--and that's perfectly fine). This is about a restaurant owner who understands customer service, integrity, and building loyalty at a fundamental level. I don't visit Brickhouse often, but because of this interaction, that's going to change. This is how you earn customers for life. Thank you, Perry.

I'm not THAT much of an alcoholic... First of all TSB is small, and the parking is a little tough. I managed to grab an open parking spot right in front and then got one of the three seats at the bar area. It looked like there was seating upstairs which is good because there wasn't much downstairs. Coosane NEIPA was a very tasty IPA. Wulver's Moon Scottish wee heavy wasn't bad but not my favorite Scotch ale. Although this is one of my favorite styles overall. Thelonius Funk hoppy black saison definitely had a hop flavor to it but it was pretty light. Mad Eye Raven rye oatmeal stout on nitro is one I had to try as I'm partial to beers on nitro. I liked this one. I only got a hint of the rye and I'm not sure I would have picked it out if I weren't clued in. Still, I enjoyed it as the rye was just kind of a bonus for me. I wasn't there long but the brewer was hanging out chatting with a couple of customers which is always cool. The whole place had a very friendly vibe and I would have stayed longer if I didn't have to be up before the crack of dawn tomorrow. Thirsty robots needs robots!…read more It's Saturday and we head in about 30 minutes after they open. We are going to be at least 12 people. My daughters volleyball team is meeting up for lunch with their families before we head to a local tournament. Now- We go to breweries ALL the time. We haven't really faced this issue before but: they only had 2 people working and had 2 really small ovens. They cannot handle the demand of people or food orders. It took about an hour for us to receive a mac and cheese, a pizza, an order of pierogi's and a quesadilla. My husbands food never hit the table (a chicken, bacon, ranch wrap.) Other families who ordered right after us- it took an hour and 20 minutes to get the food. Pizza- My family said it was ok Pierogi's- (potato & cheese) was there any cheese in it? A lot of potato (pro tip: ask for some liquid cheese served with the pretzels for dipping!) Mac & Cheese- they put nutmeg in it. my opinion: nutmeg doesn't belong in mac & cheese. quesadilla- (cheese) HUGE portion! extra crispy cheese on the edges. I like this style! Then... the line! This is the food ordering, beer ordering and bill pay line. My husband was in line for over 15 minutes to pay the bill. I actually don't even know exactly how long because I had to leave him there to pay while I got the kids to the tournament! It's got a decent location, good size, cool little outdoor area, cool art on the walls and their food was decent but they just can't handle a crowd. Underprepared.

They're always experimenting, and I've also been thoroughly impressed with their stouts, sours, and pilsners. 5 stars on the beer alone. For those who know the brews but haven't been to the Tewksbury location: come! Enjoy! The Clubhouse taproom is spacious, lively, welcoming, and run like a well oiled machine. Show your ID, get a bracelet, and the staff will pour whatever, and it'll be sublime. Drink it to wash down one of their tasty house-made pizzas; honestly, the pizza kitchen is far better than most local "house of pizza" places, and could probably survive as a business on its own. Give your order and you'll get a text when it's ready. Then enjoy the pie, which features a crisp, well seasoned crust with a nice chew. I had pepperoni with hot honey and a side of ranch dipping sauce; never thought I'd gush about ranch sauce, but damn, it's seriously good. Wrap up your visit with a to-go order of cans from their lengthy beer menu. No, it ain't cheap. Yes, it's worth the price. All in all a great chilling with beer and pizza experience, and a welcome addition to the northern burbs.

They had quite an extensive list of IPAs. A few with fruit which I sampled and landed on the mango. None of them are overly sweet which is nice. They only have 12 or 16 oz options. No smaller options for flights. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza. They only come in one size and the topping options are pretty basic. Pepperoni, cheese, white pizza, vodka, margarita. You can add hot honey or extra pepperoni only. All around ~$22 which is honestly a great deal since it's a large pizza that can easily be split by 4 people. The crust isn't super thick but still holds up to the toppings. Pepperoni was of the cup variety and had a good flavor.
