The materials used seem to be chosen with price in mind rather than durability or long-term value, and the finished product reflects that. After investing my money, I truly expected professional-level craftsmanship and attention to detail. Instead, left dealing with problems that should never have existed in the first place. I got a call the next day saying they'd be there tomorrow. This time a guy showed up, said he needed to get some supplies, and never came back! Finally a guy came and tiled the shower and floors. Progress. Next, a crew came to do install the vanity. They left and never came back. Literally no one has come back to my house. And to make matters worse, Danny has completely ghosted me! Will not return my text. Will not return my calls. He was Johnny quick when it was time to collect the deposit. And now, nothing. It's bad enough that he took my money and left me high and dry. Our project was delayed months. When I finally scrambled to get a different contractor we found issues wrong with our cabinets. That's not their fault but given the delays we missed our return window. That's at least a couple more thousand dollars this company cost me. It has been an extremely frustrating experience apart from the money lost. We signed a contract. Never trust a company that doesn't honor it's own paperwork.

Not one of them was done right and we had to have SW Gas come out because the stove/oven was leaking. Gas co. said, "Fittings were installed wrong." The dishwasher didn't clean because they didn't turn the hot water back on, and the microwave is mounted with the front about 1/2" lower than the back. (Door flies open when unlatched!) Payed a premium price to have everything done WRONG! I've advised Gabriel of problems and he said, "I'll get back out there." It's 2 or 3 weeks later....Nothing? No attempt to contact us.
