I featured some of the items that I enjoyed I did leave with buying a gorgeous opal ring! Most of the value of the store were very reasonable! The best store! I love the products they carry! We bought some honey habanero bbq sauce, ranch dip seasoning, no bake pumpkin cheesecake dip, and stickers. They have so much stuff here! The sweatshirt selection was much nicer than the typical touristy hoodies you see. The pottery was nice as well. read more

Avoid the typical souvenir shops in Pigeon Forge and come here instead. Nice selection of tshirts, hoodies, souvenirs and more, but I was impressed with the pottery. They have smaller pieces for souvenirs but also larger pieces for keepsakes or gifts - useful items like soup bowls & mugs to more decorative vases and candles. All reasonably priced. Super cool store. Huge, tons of interesting things. Something for everyone, regardless of age. Souvenirs, touristy stuff, home decor, candles, nostalgia, Tennessee, snacks... I got there just before closing so I didn't have time to go in very far, so those items are just to name a few! It's also a great place to get inspiration or ideas, especially if you like southern decor or getting fancy on your deck/front porch. This will be a go-to place for quality gift ideas. Price points were a bit high, but in line with a touristy area -- and quality is probably more assured here than many of the huge t-shirt souvenir shops along the parkway. read more

This place is awesome. Huge, fresh new storefront with the green roofs located on the top of the hill to the right when coming down through Sevierville towards Gatlinburg. Inside the general store are all sorts of goodies, clothing, nick knacks, souvenirs, foods & candy, sauces, seasonings, and best of all - they have delicious samples of most of their stuff out to try before you buy! Their sampling area is very similar to that of the Old Mill type offerings and quality/pricing is spot on! The folks were friendly, the store was very clean and organized, and it made for a fun new stop we hadn't done before. Inventive and imaginative. They create kitchen necessities at a pottery. And artistic necessities. Their staff is very helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the shoes they have, and probably everything else. Worth shopping there. The quality of the products they sell is definitely worth the value. We stopped in on our way back home! Amazing experience we were greeted with such hospitality! And kindness. Good talks with a few gentleman up there who worked there. Same selection as every other knick knack store on the Pigeon Forge strip. Wide variety of local made foods, over priced pottery etc.. My only real complaint about this store is the policy on the door regarding guests wearing masks is not enforced. We were inside today and there was a group of eight old people having a conversation blocking the front door. None of them masked, nothing said to them while they completely blocked the exit from inside the store. Other than that this store is packed so tight with tourist stuff it is hard to walk around and not be nuts to butts with anyone else visiting the store. Lots to choose from though. read more

Delicious products but lousy customer service. I sent two emails asking when an out-of-stock product would be available. They never responded to either email. I then re-ordered 6 jams/spreads and paid for 2 day UPS delivery. They didn't even prepare package for a week, and then gave it to USPS rather than UPS. It took 2 weeks to receive the package. Dealing with them is not worth the aggravation! read more

Great store with incredible selection! So many unique gift ideas all in one place. They carry great kitchen items, unusual pottery items many of which are made on site, clothes, shoes, high end hiking bags and so much more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to Ogle Brothers General Store. It did not disappoint. We were there early in the morning, so it wasn't crowded and masks were worn by almost all. The merchandise is varied and interesting from pottery, to food, to clothing, etc. It was a fun visit. Next time, we may try the ice cream shop. read more

This is the absolute cutest store! I work in Sevierville so I rarely go to anything touristy. I decided to stop in here the other day and I'm so glad that I did! They have so many free samples of the different food they offer in the store. They also give out free samples of fudge. After having the samples, I ended up buying way more than I had planned on. I absolutely loved this store! Nicest place to shop on the parkway in my opinion. There is a variety of everything from clothing and pottery to foods and toys. All top quality. The service was beyond friendly. Everyone we encountered was so genuinely nice and helpful! We purchased some candies from the counter and they are delicious! Unique pottery and they make their own seasoning and soup mixes. My husband loved seeing the classic cars and tractors around the building.
