Oh Mochi, was a cute and yummy time. I had the Ube Donut, it was a little too sweet, but still light and fluffy! I also had the Strawberry Matcha Bloom, which was really good. I They use Ceremonial Grade Matcha which is a plus for a matcha lover like me! this flavor was not my favorite , but still decent? I had it around 6pm, and didn't drink the entire thing, and I was still wired around 11pm lol. The server was really sweet. I asked if they would be closing early due to the snow storm. She was patient with all of my questions. This is definitely a cute spot for solo, date night, or friends! They have a photo booth inside, and an instant ramen bar.

The donuts are so fresh and light. Customer service was fabulous. Store was bright and had fun entertaining options-neon sign/greenery photo wall and Photo Booth.

Since we had to wait for our table next door, we decided to have dessert first. This is such a cute shop and it offers a variety of different items. From the outside we thought it was just a donut shop but we were pleasantly surprised. In addition to donuts they offer teas, ramen and other popular Korean dishes. We ordered the funnel cake donut (not pictured because my husband ate it in two bites), the fruity pebbles one and the cookie butter. My favorite was the cookie butter. Even though it was sweet it wasn't over the top. My husband is already planning his return trip because there were a few offerings that caught his eye. The staff was friendly and greeted us upon entering. The establishment was clean and welcoming. Will definitely be back to try other goodies.

Donuts are delicious. They're light, slightly chewy, and not super sweet. Pretty expensive but worth it. Staff is nice. Will definitely be back!

Walked in around 2pm and this place was packed! There are two self-service kiosks to order or you can go up to the register to order, and I used one of the kiosks to put in my order. Although I ordered earlier than couple customers who waited at the register line, I'm seeing the staff boxing their donuts before me... I ended up going up to the register to get more items and the staff packed the rest of my order for me, but my suggestion is that the staff should pack/make whoever's order by order, that seems more fair so people who ordered at the kiosks won't have to stand around even though they ordered first. For a whooping 2.85 per donut, although they are delicious, it's still too pricey for me. Even getting the 12 for $30 "deal", they are still $2.50 a piece, still too pricey based on the size of their donuts. Oh mochi would definitely goes to my "payday treat". I ordered 4 donuts for $10.95, but later saw the staff brought out a fresh batch of churro flavored donuts, I HAVE TO add couple more donuts to my order (girl's math‍). With the 7 donuts I ordered, I picked the Strawberry Shortcake, Creme Brulee x2, Taro, Marshmallow, Chocolate and Churro flavor. The dough is airy and al dante, definitely matches the description of "mochi donut". They are not fully coated with sugar like your typical American donuts, so it's perfect for my less-sweetness taste palette. Overall all flavors were decent, and I liked the Creme Brulee and Strawberry Shortcake a lot. I will try their corndog when my next paycheck comes in!

Definitely recommend this spot to satisfy your sweet tooth! I've been a loyal customer since their grand opening, and their donuts have never disappointed me haha. It's also a great place to meet someone, sit, talk, and eat some treats instead of just getting drinks. I took off a star because their boba teas don't automatically include lactose-free milk, and their brown sugar drinks don't come with boba unless you pay extra--both of which are usually included at other boba shops without an additional charge :(

How can you say no to donuts??? I would recommend order ahead and pick up to not waste time. Friendly staff and such a cute place! Oh! And there's definitely plenty of parking available

Oh Mochi is my #1 option for mochi donuts, K-dogs, and boba in VA Beach! I really love how they have rotating flavors weekly but still keep their popular flavors on deck too. The space is huge! So my daughter and I love it in here. And service is pretty fast. You don't have to wait long for all of your items because they get it all to you in a timely manner. My favorite flavors that are kept through rotations are the creme brulee and ube. My favorite boba is the passionfruit but that's always my favorite. However, Tony (GM) is a genius and elevated my tea by adding star jellies and popping boba. So my daughter definitely snatched that one up and finished it by herself. lol. I'll have to get my own next time. But I did enjoy drinking the taro milk tea with a dairy alternative - almond milk! That's why I love this place... there isn't just regular milk. The pina colada one was perfect for this heat wave... super refreshing and fun to drink. The Korean corn dogs are really something great. My favorite (even though I cannot eat it due to my dairy intolerance) is the potato mozzarella... just a fabulous flavor duo. My second fav is the original beef. I'm just a simple K dog girl. I don't ever want anything too crazy. Overall, solid spot for these treats in VB!!!! Definitely stop by soon. :)

Cute place in the area!! So many flavors of mochi donuts! Nice and chewy. Not too sweet. They have good Korean corn dogs as well! The inside is super cute inside, and they have a Korean Photo Booth now! Super cool. Overall nice place, good service, yummy food!

The last time I had mochi donuts was at the Oh Mochi location in Richmond so when I heard of the new location in VB, I couldn't wait to stop in. As I walked in, I noticed very little seating which was unfortunate. It was one, long table in the back that a family was sitting at and a few high top seats at the front, which were also occupied. The decor is really fun though. The wall art and the backdrop walls make for great pictures. I looked over the different flavors of donuts and chose the Belgian Chocolate, Fruity Pebbles and Churro. I absolutely love the soft, chewy texture of mochi donuts, the Fruity Pebbles was my favorite! I definitely plan on returning to try the other flavors of donuts as well as the other items. I've seen this location get pretty busy over the weekends, so keep that in mind when planning your visit.

This is an interesting concept of donuts with an Asian twist. We ordered on the kiosk' and since the items looked appealing we were eager to try one of each. The wait was a little too long than I expected, about 30 minutes or so. The corn dog and donuts were lovely but I did not like the cheese sticks and mac and cheese bites. They were too rich and i lost interest after a couple of bites, definitely not for me. It was an experience to try some sweets and treats but unfortunately a bit underwhelming.

I came after a few weeks for the lines to die down and there wasn't a long line. I walked in and just couple people so like it was fast. I ordered a potato mozzarella and a lychee fruit tea. The inside is spacious, but only one table to sit at. I wanted the half beef and half mozzarella, but I guess they don't do that one. I think I waited too long to bite my Korean corn dog because I did not have that cheese pull. It was ok next time I will get the original. The lychee fruit tea was ok as well. The cup is cute and boxes were cute as well. The sauce I got was garlic ranch and that is a good dipping sauce for the Korean corn dog. The service was friendly and helpful very nice. Waiting fort he Korean corn dog was about couple minutes. After I ordered more people came coming in.

I already knew this was my destination as I had been following them since they opened in VB. Upon our arrival we found the Cafe about a 1/4th of the way full so I had hopes for breakfast in a quiet setting. Even though there was a steady flow of traffic, we were able to dine in a relaxed setting without feeling rushed. I mention this because with it being a holiday weekend full of Jeepers, I fully expected them to be packed. The wait to order was too long as it left me staring at the pastry window so long I almost ordered one of everything however; I refrained from doing so but still bought 4 pastries, French toast & seasoned potatoes. Yes yes, alot of food for 1 person but I still had 2 days left in my visit and well, I have a thing for pastries. The pastries were: mango & passion fruit eclair, a pineapple muffin, lemon raspberry cake & profiteroles. I loved everything with the exception of the eclair. It wasn't anything against the eclair, it's just the mango/passionfruit mixture was just too passionate for my tastes. The muffin reminded me of my own homemade upside pineapple cake without all the brown sugar. It was light and buttery. The Lemon raspberry slice was delightful & not the least bit tart or too sweet. A mixture of both flavors without either one overpowering the other. The cake was super moist, perfect. The profiteroles were my favorite. They reminded me of that feeling I had the 1st time I tasted them while living in Italy. The choux perfectly baked and so delightfully light. The French toast was good enough without the side of syrup. The star for me of the breakfast items were the potatoes. I LOVED them. They were served HOT, seasoned just right with their insides softer that a baby bottom. I coulda just ordered 2 servings of those & bypassed the toast. All in all, well worth the wait. The folks were friendly, the Cafe clean and the seating plentiful and comfortable. I would recommend this place for both pastries & French toast & spuds.

I ended up on the combo of their soup and salad since their soup also sounded good. I was hesitant on the strawberries in the wine country salad since I know they're not in season really, but they were lovely. Everything in the salad worked well together and the dressing was nice and vinegary while still tasting of raspberries. It was very well balanced except for the ratio of toppings to greens. I feel as though there was just a little too much toppings. It could've used more leafs. As for the soup, it was a little bland, but after adding salt and pepper it tasted nice. It was mostly soup rather than crab or corn though. That was my only critique really, the temperature was good as well. It could've used some crackers on the side, but it wasn't necessary, just would've been a nice touch. Our waitress was quite nice, checked up on us and got us refills. All of our food came out together and hot. The sandwiches on other people's plates all looked wonderful, and after having a shoestring fry, I can definitely say next time I will be ordering some of those. As far as ambiance goes, it was nicely lit but still moody, which was appreciated. Very chill in there. Only reason I rate it 3 stars is because I feel as though there's room for improvement food wise, and price wise. $20+ for almost everything on the menu is pretty ridiculous. Even for some of the simple items. I don't think the food is that good, proportionately appropriate, or creative to be that much money. Maybe it's just me, but that's how I feel. I'll probably be back to try more items, I'd recommend coming here at least once to try if you haven't, during happy hour to get the best prices if you can.
