After having Rennie come to measure my 6 bathrooms and setting the price and all, the price at the end fluctuated and increased tremendously. His staff is one day here and the next week gone and there is a new face always . That tells me Rennie is very unstable and unorganized due to him juggling all facets of his struggling business. I ended up getting an attorney and therefore withdrew the six bathrooms and let consumers baths and kitchen take over which went seamless and very professionally installed and envied amongst neighbors, family and friends that we entertain at our home. DO YOUR HOMEWORK HERE OR YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT! Rennie is totally unorganized and his prices that he initially gives are totally inflated at the end of the job. read more

I contacted Rennie "the owner" after he was recommended to me. We just finished a renovation and needed custom shower doors for two bathrooms. Rennie came and took measurements promptly. The next day he emailed over a proposal and we agreed on a price. Most would be paid in cash but a portion would go on my Credit Card for a deposit. The doors took about 2 weeks to be manufactured. Rennies crew came and installed both. We noticed that one set of doors had what appeared to be a haze to them. They looked dirty but the installer said it will go away in a few days of showering. The doors never got better. The haze seems to be on the inside of the glass. Rennie at first seemed concerned and promised to get someone to look at it right away. After 2 cancelled appointments Rennie asked for more pictures to send to the manufacturer. After I sent more pictures on Nov 4 I never heard back again. I called a few times but I was always told by Deb that Rennie was out of the office. I never got a call back. I decided I had to put a claim into my CC. I have brand new shower doors that look dirty and cannot be cleaned. Again I have never heard back from Rennie. The last communication was Nov 4. When he was supposed to come look and never showed up. Instead he just emailed asking for more photos. The CC has refunded me the portion that was out on the CC but that was only 30% of what I paid him. read more

Worst company to deal with. They claimed to have fired their installers who originally did the damage. They broke tiles. They cracked 7 new porcelain tiles. The shower door slipped and slammed against the wall. The installers left the door cracked allowing it to leak water.. The water went all over the floor. Finally after a month. , They came back and sealed the glass door. They then refused to fix the tiles. The owner "Rennie" said he fired the original installers. read more

I had OMG install my shower door. My first thought was that I was taken back because they needed cash upon installation....that bothered me, but I provided cash anyway. Install went great and doors look nice, etc. about a week later, I had a leak (NOT DOOR RELATED) and I called to have door removed...Debbie said it would take a week, but she would call me back to schedule. I called again, and had my husband call. No return phone calls.... now this problem is NOT THEIR PROBLEM!!!! I just need them to come, remove door so I can have someone else fix something, then have them come back to reinstall the door. I told them I am HAPPY to pay for the service call. NO PHONE call back??? That's crazy...poor customer service. read more

Four years ago we used this company to install a shower stall in our home . We were quite satisfied with the job. After a year, the door did not close properly. It wasn't terrible so I did not address the issue. Last year that particular shower got more use. I called company for service. Was told that someone would get back to me-NEVER HAPPENED. Over the past few months, I again started to use that shower. Since it is just my wife and myself, it was not an emergency. However, I decided that I wanted door fixed. Called company again. Was again told that someone would get back to me after being told that I would probably need a part that was quite expensive. I told woman who I spoke with that it just might need an adjustment. I love a full length mirror in the bedroom. OMG did a great job putting a full size mirror on bedroom closet door. They gave me an estimate for the door size over the phone. We brought the door to the store and a few days later I had a full mirror with a mirror door pull to match. The staff and workers were friendly and assisted with instructions for easy homeowner re installation of the new mirror door. It was a little heavy for us to maneuver out of a friends van and into the bedroom but we did it successfully and saved on delivery. My new full door mirror looks great! read more

Then when the time came they put in the enclosures the measurement that he took were wrong .. The enclosures were too small ..
