The reason why I've added 4/5 stars is because how there wasn't that many flavors to pick but the 2 that were good that I picked was the mountain black berry and the orange guava ones. They were the only 2 that I liked. I liked how the 2 guys that worked there made us feel comfortable by trying their best of being friendly with the customers. Toppings they had and provided were good. I liked how they tried to provide with many options of toppings as they can for customers to pick and choose what they wanna add. Very disappointed in this place and the customer service. Forgot my wallet and only realized this after my three kids got their yogurts. The only thing I had was a $50 and the girl behind the counter was very rude and absolutely would not break it. She was not kind about it or understanding in any way. When I told her we would not be coming back- she smiled and said, "ok that's fine". She could have been nicer about it- she could see that I was in a predicament and only trying to pay for my yogurt. My girlfriend loves to come here after our weekend walks for a sweet treat. She is not from Lodi and she loves fro-yo. When she asked me the best place in town for it, I told her it was Oh My Yogurt. We've tried Menchies but it's overpriced and it seems more like a playground for kids than a frozen yogurt shop. It's loud and although you may have a few more options, it's the quality that matters to us. I also enjoy Honey Treat, but they are much smaller and the location isn't as convenient. Oh My Yogurt is small, but they let you taste the options before choosing and although there are only 8 flavors to choose from they rotate often and there is always something for everyone. They have all the toppings you could ask for and you pay by weight. My friend loves it because they give her coupons, so the more we go, the more she saves! I have been coming here for years but I finally decided to write a review because this weekend they had a sign posted that they will be doing a buy one get one free for National Frozen Yogurt Day. I love Oh My Yogurt! They have a variety of unique flavors (not just your typical Vanilla and Chocolate) which they alter every so often. Their various flavors come in different options such as non-fat, low-fat, etc. I've been to so many froyo places where the dry toppings look like they've been sitting in their container for years - not the case with Oh My Yogurt. Dry toppings look fresh - for instance, sour worms are not hard and stale and that's a big deal! Oh and they don't have your basic gummi bear flavors, they've got the tropical flavor ones. That just goes to show that they care about the quality of their toppings. Fresh toppings are great (and my favorite). Mango, raspberry, pineapple, kiwi, cherries, you name it. They've got cheesecake bites, whipped cream, so many more! Oh and they also have a variety of warm sauces (3 different kinds to be exact) and a multitude of syrups - everything from typical caramel to unique kiwi lime! Out of the many times I've been here, cheesecake and Dulce de lèche flavors are my favorite. Have yet to try the pineapple Dole whip flavor though. Next time, for sure. Worse place to get yogurt ever! They aren't giving samples right now because of covid procedures. So it's a shot in for dark on how the different flavors taste. It's funny because the staff wasn't wearing masks or gloves but it clearly states on the door before you enter that masks are required. It's very simple to have staff put on gloves and give you a sample of what flavor you want to try. Too much white in the place, kind of bland, not that many options in flavors of yogurt, horrible service, the guy behind the counter never even said "hello", or showed a smile, he looked unhappy to be there and all I got from him was "$4.52" (which was my total), no "thank you" or "see you next time", nothing. Toppings are fresh, flavors are great, and the setting is usually clean. The thing I don't like that drove me away from going here anymore at all is that there are teenagers that work here all the time in the evenings. Teenagers don't bother me that much (I can usually deal with them) but these ones ignore you at the counter while talking to their friends and also had another young man tasting all of the flavors and writing all over the white boards on a ladder. Overall they kept messing around and being loud and it made me uncomfortable and annoyed. WOW! I am shocked to see such negative reviews about this place! I go here at LEAST 3 days a week, sometimes even TWICE IN THE SAME DAY! (4 times this week already) Personally I have never had a bad experience, as the flavors are always good and changing, and the dry ingredients are always clean and tasty. I don't eat fruit much, but it always looks fresh. About the other reviews complaining about the "whiteness" of the store, I actually like that it doesn't have that "busy" look like Baskin Robbins and others have. Too much going on, means too much time to decide what the person in front of me wants, which means I would have to WAIT LONGER to eat my yogurt! And you have to remember, the kids working there are probably high school kids, and high school is a weird time where kids are trying to grow up and be polite at the same time. (I have a 15 year-old, so I know!) Maybe you should reach out first and say "hello", you never know whats going on in a teenagers life. Maybe YOU saying "Hello" or "What flavor do you recommend" will make him feel more confident and WANT to interact more with customers:-) Just a suggestion.... The wife forced me into Walmart the other night and this was my reward for tolerating the chaos. I had a nice and creamy non-fat chocolate yogurt with English Toffee and Peanuts added to it. The atmosphere was open and inviting. All of the new yogurt places want to have a modern and contemporary feel, and for Lodi this shop fit that mold. What do you call the girl running the yogurt shop? A server? No, she never touched my bowl. A waitress? No, she never came to my table. A checker? Well, sort-of, but we aren't buying groceries. What did she do? She introduced the flavors and the rules; she offered us a sample; she watched us make our yogurt; she refiled the toppings; and she weighed the bowl and took our money. Oh, and she was cute. So I will consider her the "cute hostess/cashier girl". She did her job well, I think. We both left happy, and the price was about the same as going to Baskin Robbins on the other side of town and getting a two scoop sundae. Probably healthier in the long run, right? read more

Best Yogurt in Lodi! Tons of fresh toppings and interesting yogurt flavors. Yeah they do have classics like chocolate and vanilla, but they do have bitter apple or mango. They change the flavors daily and are very nice about letting you try flavors before you decide. Was craving a fro-yo. Was expecting Golden Spoon, didnt happen. You get this huge bowl (they expect you to fill it to the brim) which looks empty with one serving in it then charge you by weight. I fell into this trap once before at the Mirage (LAS.) The night i was there not too many flavors. Had cheesecake and sorbet. sorbet was good but cheesecake was not my favorite. I often have the feeling that this place is dirty when I'm there. There's finger prints all over their glass door and they have a case of refrigerated toppings like fruit, cheesecake bits, etc and sometimes the stuff is all hot and gross. Some of the fruit flavors of yogurt taste over exaggerated and artificial (like the way cotton candy tastes). The basic flavors like chocolate and vanilla are often runny. Five stars for their froyo...it's honestly better than yogurtland and all those other places. Plus their toppings...no other froyo place that I have been to has even come close to the vast selection of toppings here. Awesome! Taking off two stars because I don't like their loyalty program. They take your number at the end of your order but if it's busy sometimes they forget or don't ask and start another order. Then they print out a coupon for you when you've earned the reward. Only reason I did not give this place a 5 is because I usually go there late, between 10 and 11 pm, and the yogurt is just a little bit too soft by then. The cashier told me it's not like that during the daytime when its churning all the time, which made sense to me. Otherwise, this place is as good as any fancy "organic" yogurt in the Bay area. The place is always clean, people who work there are always nice and professional. A little spendy but not really. This place is delicious. Had a bad experience at Sunset Sweets right before walking over here. Our kids ate at Sunset Sweets and we ate here.
