I decide to order it, put in all my data and was charged $10 shipping. mind you it was going just to boro park, NY. I canceled the data and called them. some woman answered and I explained the whole issue. she offered to put the order in for me, but I asked if she was going to charge shipping. she asked me the zip code and said it would be $10. Nice store with a delicious selection for a lovely candy gift at reasonable prices, however management has to do a better job over seeing customers who just stick their hands in the candy jar without the gloves that the store generously supplies or using the scooper that is readily available. It was pretty concerning to see this, especially during COVID. Management should put up large signs, in bold letters, which say "MASKS A MUST" and "GLOVES MUST BE WORN". This place drives me absolutely nuts... Ha, pun OBVIOUSLY intended! I love the incredible selection of various candies and the delicious chocolates. I'm not really all about nuts, so I could care less about those, but for those that are - there's plenty of them to go nuts over. Tee hee. OK, I'm done. The candy selection is awesome. I found a gum that I hadn't had in years - and there were plenty of cute novelty items. Great spot for a gift idea. I was given a box of their biscottis as a gift. One of the cookies had a 1/2 hard piece of plastic embedded in one cookie. Unknowingly, my husband bit into the cookie and that piece of plastic lacerated his gum. Makes one wonder if the ingredients to make the biscottis are not carefully monitored. I will not, ever, trust their products again. I contacted the company to alert them to this production and/or ingredient mishap and the response was to send me a 10% coupon for my next purchase. Reading the reviews below, made me wonder if this is the same place that i like so much. But then i noticed that some of the bad reviews are for delivery orders, so maybe that is the reason. I dont know. I think that they have the best nuts in NY. I am ususally buying there at Friday morning, so everything is fresh. sure i love my nuts and this place has some of the best but it's definitely all about the selection of malted milk balls. growing up we all had out milk chocolate malted milk balls at the movies but this place is nuts about them. they have stores in new york but i don't live there so i order online in bulk and stock up. they cost about $6.50 per pound so i like to stock up big time. just check out these outrageous flavors. cookies and cream strawberries and creme mint cookie hot cinnamon french vanilla maple neapolitan peanut butter ice cream sundae espresso razzberry coffee and cream orange pumpkin spice mango pineapple coconut blueberry lemon meringue these things are awesome for sure! i can definitely tell you i don't waste these on trips to the movies but people love my place for the holidays and that is a fact. read more

Cashier made an attempt to find something for me by grudgingly going downstairs to ask about product. Came back up & waved to general location where product, which she said & I saw, was pretty much depleted after I eventually found where it was. Did not suggest similar, more expensive alternative that I noticed on my way out. Another employee saw me filling bags & pulled out a big bag which was exactly what I needed. Upon checking out, I commented to her that other employee found a lot of product, & that even though it cost more per lb., it saved me a trip to a store farther away. She copped an instant attitude and tossed my card & receipt across the counter, didn't bother to say thank you, refused eye contact. I loaded original purchase in car then came back for candy. Rude person pretended to be busy behind counter so she didn't have to check me out. All told, spent over $100 & was met with rude, immature behavior. I shop for a living & spend thousands of $$ all over NY. Don't often encounter this level of rudeness. Mostly good selection of product overall, but I'll find another nut/candy source. read more

I live in Arizona, and despite sitting on my doorstep on a 100+ degree day, the chocolate in the order was not melted. The chocolate I ordered separately from a seller on Amazon...was not so lucky. Bought 5lbs of Turkish Pistachio nuts and they tasted odd like like they had gotten moisture which gave a odd and a very old taste. I bought 6 pounds of dried Turkish figs from them. After having gone through 4 (a fair sample) I have found them to be TERRIBLE. They were all flat, stuck together, sugar-coated, and had the consistency of roofing shingles. I sent 2 emails to them complaining about the product and received NO response. I work in Marketing so I understand the importance of reviews. My company ordered 165 lbs of a product. I felt great about it as a gift for referring partners. I ordered it in advance so that I would have adequate time to individually wrap the product and personally deliver it. A little over a week later I receive the order to find that we have been shipped 165 lbs worth of the WRONG product. I call and they tell me they are out of stock. So we start off with false advertising and we already paid. Their solution is for me to talk to a customer service personnel. I search and give her countless SKU numbers to try and replace the order, they don't have the amount I need in any product. I was on the phone for hours of my time going through the SKU numbers, which I shouldn't have to do. Finally, I settle for two different products to replace my original order. They expedited the shipping and it all got here. But then I was left with several lbs. of the wrong product, no return shipping labels and no updated invoices. Chris working for Go Nutz had to spend a lot of her time on the phone to help me so I am very appreciative of her communication and understanding even when I was obviously frustrated. I would say the bright side is that we were able to donate several lbs. of the wrong product to our local homeless shelter. My biggest issue is that I do not know if we were charged twice and I don't have access to a single invoice. I guess my employer will see when his/her credit card statement comes in. I am suppose to account for all expenses, so by them not doing their job it was hard for me to do my job. Be prepared when ordering bulk. The prices on the bulk goods are better than I can get locally (even in Cambridge, MA) and they have a great variety. I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and I had my order by mid-day the following day, and I chose the least expensive shipping method. Absolutely the worst experience of my life!!! Ordered a 5# bag of Pistachio Nuts and after having them in my kitchen for a couple of weeks, started seeing small worms crawling on my kitchen wall at random times. Traced them back to the bag of nuts! When I contacted the company, I was told noone there could help me, but I would receive a phone call back within 1-1/2 hours. During this time, I e-mailed pictures of the worms to Doreen for her to see and share with the company. No call ever came. I called 3 hours later and was told that they just couldn't understand why the employee who was working at home did not return my call but they would check into it. Another 3 hours passed and I called again, only to be put on hold and then finally the same girl (Doreen) who could not help me the first two times, told me I could get a replacement or a refund. I asked to speak with someone else, and got the customer service manager - what a joke! Ari told me that: 1. Worms are a natural part of nuts and this is to be expected (so many that I could see at least 50 of them in the bag?) 2. Maybe unfortunately some worms had hatched in the bag due to the heat in the back of the UPS truck (why didn't they require faster shipping if it is so hot?) 3. He's had alot of customers leave their packages out on their front porch, and a mouse or something else chews a hole in the box and then gets into the nuts (No holes in the box or bag I recieved, and I haven't heard of WORMS chewing a hole through a box before!) When I questioned why I had received no return phone calls, I was informed that the woman who was supposed to get back to me, has just had a baby and is working from home so she must not have had time to call. So I spoke to Doreen in customer service (twice), and Ari is the customer service manager, but I was supposed to sit around and wait for the new mom who is working from home to find the time to call me? What kind of customer service is that? I have returned the Pistachios, am waiting to hear from this company to see what their response is, and have received a refund. I would think that this company would want to keep a customer happy, and maybe send a replacement along with the refund, but no. Only after complaining to Ari that I couldn't beliver all he was willing to do was refund my money, and if I was in his shoes, I would at least send a gift certificate for future use since I certainly don't feel like eating any of their product after ingesting who knows how many live worms - he sent me a $20.00 gift certificate. Now the item I purchased was over $50.00, and does $20.00 really cover the cost of the memory of worms crawling on the wall, how many of them I ate, not to even mention the other food items that I threw away because they were close to the bag of Pistachios? very sad experience.I thought I'd surprise some friends with a box of cany for purim and I only got one e-mail saying when it was supposed to be delivered.No tracking number was ever sent and after two phone calls and a promised delivery date,it never came and my friends who were expecting a package from me, because I had to call them to see if they ever got it, left for Florida. My kids are out in the California desert at the moment, and I wanted to send them a Purim basket. I am very pleased with Oh! Nuts, both for the product and for the delivery. I found Oh! Nuts online, and they had a good variety of Purim baskets. I chose one that came with free shipping - there was still enough time for delivery. The basket arrived as planned (they do have an address out there!), and the kids are delighted. Very delicious and a good variety. Worst ever! Do not order from here! I received a huge, very expensive gift from Oh! Nuts as a thank you present for catering a bat mitzvah. The candy was melted, stuck together and tasted really bad. The toffee had absolutely no flavor and the chocolate was the worst quality ever. It was like brown wax and barely edible. The "wooden" tray it came in is a piece of junk. I feel embarrassed for the bat mitzvah family because they spent close to $150 and I am going to throw the whole thing away. It is so bad my children aren't even tempted by the chocolate. I wish they had made a donation to the synagogue instead. read more
