I ordered two bouquets of balloons and they came out so pretty! I will definitely order from here again!

I really want to give a better rating. Ordering what I wanted was a breeze. They sent an email to confirm my delivery and delivered the balloons on time. But the products are not great. I ordered two bubble balloons and 16 latex balloons with hi-float add on to ensure they stay afloat for a longer period of time. First of all, this is not my first experience with bubble balloons. I ordered several bubble balloons in the past from other companies, and they lasted for at least two weeks! This time with Oh Shiny...one of the bubble balloons deflated in less than 24 hours! I had them delivered the day before the event and the next morning when I woke up, I saw one deflated and was in complete shock. The event was only 4 hours away, so I tried to contact the store to ask for help. I called them with the number on the invoice, no one ever pick up the phone, so I texted another number provided on the website and included some pictures to show them the issue. I want to have a replacement to be delivered before the event and someone responded back telling me that the whole team was leaving town for an event and they have no one here to help! I am surprised that there is no one here as a backup! They offered to issue me a refund on the bubble balloons but do I have an option? All I wanted was the balloons to be displayed in the event!!!! I was sooooo disappointed! I swear the balloon that was deflated was stay in the same place inside the house the whole time. So...the show must go on and we had to toss the deflated balloon away. Couple hours after the event, I found out two latex balloons were completely deflated. The balloons were also just for displayed indoor. On one ever touched the balloons! I paid extra to get all latex balloons with hi-float which supposed to last at least 3-5 days, but it turned out they did not last for 48 hours. I am just very disappointed! :( read more

I have heard about this place for a while and was excited to visit finally to pick up something. However, my first experience visiting this store wasn't great at all. My kids wanted to buy other stuffs in the store but I decided to rush out the door after purchasing what I needed. The person working there DID NOT seem so excited to see customers. I didn't know where she was at first and she didn't even greet us. I own a business and this is NOT how I train my staffs to treat customers. I felt very uncomfortable shopping there when the worker didn't seem to care that I was there shopping. I don't think I will be returning. I ordered balloons hear the same day I needed them for afternoon pick up and it was easy to do online. A lot of balloon places in LA we're not open on a Sunday or we're not open for same day pick up. It's next to Darts cupcakes so you can also get any cupcake needs for whatever you are celebrating. They also have cute cards party decorations etc. in the store. These ladies are THE best. They work so hard on getting you what you need. I've gotten balloons here for my birthday, a baby shower, and a graduation and I was happy with all of my orders. They even taught me how to make a balloon garland with their DIY kit they sell. I was even able to do a quick, no-contact pickup recently and we coordinated a time I could pick the order up.
