It's a small store located in the back of a shopping center. It was hard to locate but once we did we entered a dark room that was small. Not sure if they had just opened although it was later in the morning and door was open. There was a lady at the counter not sure what she was doing but she looked down the entire time , maybe balancing the previous days receipts. Anyhow she didn't acknowledge us at all ,didn't even look up. I decided to leave and my husband said good bye , she looked up and then said bye. The lady was nice and told us how much candy to put and she informed us that if we put more than 5lbs of candy it will be too heavy and break faster. Absolutely loved this little piñata shop. I needed a medium sized piñata for a party and this place sells absolutely funny yet affordable piñatas ($14-$35ish). I ended up purchasing a baby shark generic piñata for $14 as well as a piñata hitting stick for $3. You can buy the stick, bandana cover, and rope for $6 which isn't bad at all. They have a pretty good selection and I would definitely be back here when I need another piñata. They also have a private small parking lot right at the entrance (it's in a back alley so easily missable). read more

I was very disappointed with the quality of their products. I purchased a 4lb bag of candy for $18 thinking it was a good deal, had all name brand chocolates. But when we opened the bag we noticed the chocolates were hard as a rock. We opened a couple of them and they were all covered in white. We even tasted two for them and they were stale and disgusting. But unfortunately this store has a policy of no exchanges or returns. I ended up having to go buy candy the morning of my sons birthday party. What a waste of money. Not just that but the piñata was poorly made. I order two piñatas several months ago to pick up today Sunday 8/11/19, it was Darth Vader with lightsaber, and the Death Star, they look horrible nothing of what I was promise, Darth Vader was missing he's lightsaber and I had to wait more than a one hour for them to make it and it looks horrible, and they gave me attitude because I told them that it was red and they wanted to make it green, the Death Star looks like my 2 year old made the lines. I came here recently on a Saturday afternoon with my daughter to find a pinata that she would like for her birthday. They have a large variety of pinatas, small to medium to large (4' ft tall). My daughter chose a large Elsa from Frozen and it was about $27. They had quite a number of different Disney princess to choose from. The owner said that they would be able to customize if we called a couple weeks in advance, so that's good to know in case we need any more future pinatas. The store is a little small, so I was a little hesitant to go inside if there were other customers looking around, but we were the only ones looking at that time. They also carry other party items, i.e. balloons, utensils, candy to stuff the pinata, and other kids toys. I stopped by last minute to pick up a piñata for my baby shower. We came on a Wednesday and the piñata I wanted wasn't available, but they were able to put in my order for pick up on Saturday. I ordered the cutest unicorn piñata for $35! Everyone loved it! They even take custom orders which needs a two week advance notice. Not sure if it's cheaper than DTLA, but if you want to avoid the traffic and drive to some where local I would definitely recommend this place. They don't have too many premade selections, but I'm sure they can accommodate you if you have a couple days notice. Parking is right in front so it was nice and easy to get in and out. read more

The print job was pixelated and the top of the patron bottle came off very quickly so we had to somehow tie it up and it failed as was a disaster for my party. The owner poked a hole in the top for candy but I noticed when I filled the top that it does not go down. Maybe for tiny candy but not for anything small so I had to cut more holes to fill.
