I can't say enough great things about their bouncer rentals. I have used their services for the past several years and am always very happy (as are my guests!) They arrive early, set up quickly and always have clean jumpers. They are also reasonably priced and tend to give us longer than standard times to enjoy the waterslides. I'm not usually a yelp reviewer, but I just had to mention our experience with this one. My wife contacted them on May 23rd to rent chairs, tables and a canopy. The conversation went fine and my wife sent a deposit but never received a confirmation invoice. We followed up with them the Thursday before the order and they apparently had no record or idea of our order and we had to remind them of the deposit we sent and what was needed. Luckily they were still able to accommodate the order, but YIKES. had to ensure we got an invoice on the spot. Today was the event and they were supposed to deliver it at 11 for a birthday party starting at noon and they were 20 minutes late. Once they finally unloaded everything it was 11:45 and they tried to just leave all the chairs stacked instead of properly doing the set up. When asked as to why they were just leaving the items, their response was "Tony didn't tell us anything about setup". What type of party company does a basic drop off (late as hell) then just leaves? We will certainly not being a return customer of this company. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I highly recommended you do not rent any party equipment from this company. Back in June my wife ordered various tables and chairs for a function at our daughter's school. I Zelled Tony a $200 deposit. Less than 3 hours later my wife texted Tony we had to cancel the order due to extenuating circumstances. Tony stated the deposit was non-refundable and we now had a $200 credit. My wife explained to Tony we could not use the credit because it was for a school event, and he never stipulated the deposit was non-refundable via phone, text, or otherwise. Tony said he would see would he could do. Long story short after months of attempting to receive a refund of our $200 deposit. Tony and Norma refuse to do the right thing and refund our deposit. Unfortunately, they lost our business. Do not rent from these greedy people. read more

Bere Imperio rocks my parties! Best party production/store in Pasadena at phenomenal prices. They did all the event production for my kids' birthday party: 2 balloon arches, decorated a cake table with a stunning backdrop, provided tables and chairs, a piñata, and a bouncy house. I also bought all my party supplies there. They were helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated. Everyone was raving about the decor at the party. Will be using them again soon. read more

Love Bere Imperio! They are around the corner from my house and almost as cheap as if I were to go to Downtown LA. They have cute piñatas and all the party supplies you'll need to plan an awesome party for every occasion. I really liked a Buchanan piñata they had. But it was to big since I wasn't even having a real party I was just going to gift it to my boyfriend since it is his favorite whiskey. But who wants a huge ass piñata when you aren't breaking it open for candy? They were very nice and accommodating. I called to see if they had other sizing options. The lady that answered wasn't too sure and I didn't blame her it was already late in the day and they were like 5 minutes away from closing. She told me to call back the next day. The next day I got good news- they're able to make the piñata smaller! I just need to pay the piñata off before they get it or make it whatever they do. I know it is a bit odd to pay for merchandise before you receive it BUT I completely understand their business stand point. Because I'm sure people have ordered piñatas or any other supplies and have either not shown up or backed out. read more
