Last weekend we attempted to design shirts but ended up leaving after it turns out I am a terrible t-shirt designer. This morning we revisited Oh Shirt Yeah after I asked the owner if she could help my kiddos make their "Best Dad Ever" t-shirt dreams come true, so I brought the kids back in this morning. The first thing I learned is that I am NO GOOD at designing and that was our problem the first time around! Jordan took our very vague brainstormed ideas and transformed them into adorable shirts that Dad will love and will be proud to wear (he hasn't gotten them yet but I am confident). We were there for about an hour and walked away with 3 totally cool shirts for Dad (one from each kid) and one for my Dad. I feel like Jordan has gone above and beyond to help us create something we can be proud to give Dad (and Grandpa!) on Father's Day. I am so grateful she was willing to sit with us and be so patient with my kids. This business will really take off with her helping her clients put their ideas on shirts. I would suggest for design-challenged Moms like myself to maybe reach out a few days in advance of when you need the shirts so that Jordan and her team have the opportunity to help with your design. My friends and I are running a half marathon and we wanted to have matching tank tops. We couldn't decide on one off the rack, so 3 days before the race, we called Oh Shirt Yeah to see if they could make one for us. They said no problem and we had the tanks later that same day! Update: the owner Jordan, upon reading my review immediately contacted me, apologized, explained what happened and their policy (which is to work with the customer when an error is made) and offered to correct the error. I'm a satisfied customer. They did a good job printing my design on the back of my shirts (ordered 4) but....my one problem with the service provided is they messed up one shirt and replaced my shirt with a shirt they had in stock which is a brand I'm not familiar with and the quality is not the same. The t-shirts I purchased are Hanes 'beefy', which are a lot thicker; the color is also a shade different and these are shirts that we will wear at our family reunion so it is important to me that they all match. Additionally, they did not inform me that they switched out my t-shirt. I understand correcting their mistake but at least inform the customer. When I picked up my order, I took out the first shirt sitting on top of the stack to inspect it, which looked good. I discovered the mistake later after taking all of the shirts out of the bag and discovering a note at the bottom of the bag explaining the printing error. Lesson learned, when checking your order, look at all items, don't assume all are the same. read more

I came to this company after having multiple unsuccessful attempts at creating an image on some fabric through three online companies. Each company that I dealt with online completely ruined the image. I came to Oh Shirt Yeah as my last attempt to have a specific Alaskan Malamute image printed for me. I called to explain my dilemma and was told to come over and they could help me. When I showed up both Nicole and Nick listened to what I envisioned and I was able to email Nick a copy of the picture that I wanted printed on fabric. Nick cleaned up the image for me and then presented me with the cleaned up product on the stencil paper. It was perfect. I was so excited and asked him to go ahead and print the new image on the fabric. Nick did so and the results were so perfect that I asked for a second printing. I told Nick and Nicole that anytime I need another image printed, I will not waste my time with another online store. I will only go to Oh Shirt Yeah from now on. I noticed the the character printed in my text was wrong. Abby told Sydney (not sure if this how she spells it) that they can redo it for free. They were both apologetic, but In the end we found out the reason why the text printed ? Instead of a heart, it wasn't both parties fault since the the design system has a glitch. I have been using ESEF for personal jobs for years: Wine tasting shirts, concert shirts, bachelorette party shirts, family reunion shirts, themed-event shirts, and gym clothes. Their turn-around time is unbelievably quick, and they have a flat rate for customized heat-pressed clothes (I've never encountered another business that does flat rate for custom clothes). Additionally, they can print on, or make almost anything- I've had tanks, shirts, sweatshirts, hats, bags, backpacks, baby clothes, and even dog's clothes printed for me. Aside from their heat-pressed goods they also offer screen-printing for larger jobs. The company I work for, as well as a few others have all used ESEF for large screen-printing jobs and never been disappointed. My company even moved all their business from other screen-printing businesses, strictly to ESEF because they are so friendly and easy to work with. Another added benefit of this company is that they offer graphic design services. I've been working with a museum that is being built, and ESEF created logos and designs for them that are breath-taking (and in a short time!) They also offer embroidery services, which are extremely professional, and look perfect. I have always been satisfied in my orders with them and they go above and beyond expectations. I met the owners of ESEF Apparel at a charity event that they had done all the printing for. I actually met them after I had seen all the work they had done for the event (meaning the t-shirts and bags they had printed on.)
