I just experienced the best customer service I've received in a very long time. The gentlemen in the service department of Winslow Ford saved me from a very long and stressful day. While traveling in my Ford Lightning on the I-40 en route to spend July 4th with my family in Eagar, I pulled up to charge at the Electrify America chargers in the Walmart parking lot...next to Winslow Ford. I quickly realized I had a tire that was severely damaged and was losing air pressure. I headed straight for the service department at Winslow Ford on the outside chance they would be able to help me replace the tire without an appointment. The size tires I have are rare and they didn't have them in stock but immediately asked if I needed help swapping the tire with my spare. I accepted their gracious offer and they got right to work while offering their comfortable customer lounge while I waited. I was traveling alone with my dog and they welcomed her into the lounge as well...which was especially nice since it was a 100 degree day. They swapped the tires and had it ready within 30 minutes and didn't even ask for payment. They may have taken pity on me given my dire circumstances, but I got the sense that was just how they conduct business. They never asked my name or requested that I submit a survey or review...they just provided the small town conscientious service that is increasingly rare and so amazing. I am extremely grateful to these compassionate and service-oriented professionals and would not hesitate to do business with Winslow Ford in any capacity in the future! read more

Customer service is excellent there. Jimmy Lerma is an excellent communicator and very professional. Buttttt whoever the mechanic was that worked on my truck is trash. He said I needed new struts and bushings. I took my truck to TWO different shops and both said they were in great condition. They refused to do a front wheel alignment because of it and wanted me to pay $1600 for parts and labor. Took my truck to 3cs and they did it in the same day and said nothing about my front end. read more

About a month ago my car shut down on me on the highway. Power steering went out tires locked up the whole car shut off... I had a couple mechanics look at it. They said nothing was wrong with it, but obviously there was ‍ got it towed to Winslow Ford where they said it was the serpentine belt and something about crank shaft sensor? Idk I'm not a mechanic. Anyways. They ordered the parts fixed. It told me it was done. TOLD ME somebody test drove the car but they couldn't take it on the highway because apparently there was wires that were visible on my tires. OK cool picked up my car.... And I am a FEMALE preschool teacher.. I made it from Winslow Ford to the stoplight not even a block away and I noticed it was driving Funny... pulled over at Maverick so my ex can test drive the car. I followed him in his truck, while he hopped on the highway, my car started blowing out a thick cloud of white smoke so thick I couldn't even see the car in front of me... obviously there's something wrong so we drove it back to Ford... a couple days go by they call and say they need to order another part. We pay them another $350 or so on top of the $850 we already paid... OK we need the car done. We pay it. They call BACK not even a few hours later to say "oh you blew the engine." I'm no professional... I'm not a mechanic, but something is a little sus.?.. come to find out.. no one ever test drove the car before I picked it up in the first place... read more

We full time travel in a RV and tow a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. Getting service as we travel can prove difficult. Our latest set of issues force us to a major AC repair. After an initial review by a different dealer, we were advised to take the car to Winslow (we're in Flagstaff). From the initial phone contact, our experience has been very different and very positive! Felipe and the service team have been great! They reviewed the problem, ordered our parts and scheduled work to be done Along the way, they addressed multiple other problems they spotted and advised us to address. During the AC project, they determined we should order an additional part and add it to the project. Unfortunately it takes a few days for delivery but will ensure a better result. They made the car drivable for us until the part arrives and made sure we knew the complete cost of the new part. Even with the additional part, labor and the extra items addressed, we are below the original estimate! I like this group of service folks! I'd recommend them to any Ford or Lincoln owner! read more

Customer service at this Ford dealer is absolutely horrible. The attitude of the staff and management are revolting. When a customer has a complaint the management points the fingers at their customers, As you can see in the remarks left by ford staff to their customers after a review has been left. The management is unwilling to take accountability for the actions and statements of their staff and themselves. The poor management here reflects in the staff. Worst Ford dealership. read more

Service not good I had my car worked on needed oil seal leak but they replaced things not related like brake rotors. Leak was on right side of engine they replace brake rotors on other side, not only that replace the big bolt $27 made of steel tell me how can it penetrant by oil brake rotors too. They worked on it before I got home the leak came back so they it had to be towed in and it took them another week. Either they don't know what they were doing or didn't want to fixed the problem replace the oil seal fix the oil leak. It cost me $1600. I am retired on fixed income. I do not anyone take their vehicle to Winslow Ford to have it fix. I do recommend this place. The two truck was nice. The service manager was not polite. read more

1/10 do not recommend this place. October 2022 I purchased a used vehicle from here. The vehicle that I was interested in had some air bubbles in the radio. i asked if I was to purchase the vehicle, would it be fixed. Nathan (sales manager) said "can you just not look at it". But later said there would be arrangements made to have it fixed at a later time. Which still has been fixed because it is on a Ford vehicle. other problems found. I found out a month ago when I got a flat and to my surprise, there was no spare, tire Jack or cross bar. I called the dealership and was transferred to Alec. He said he couldn't promise the vehicle having a spare but could off me some tire tools. said he would call back. it's been over a month a still haven't received a call back. My little brother needed a truck due to the type of job that he does. We went to the Tate's auto but they wouldn't help. So we went to Ford and got approved for a 2018 truck. It was under my name but they found a way to get us approved. The person who helped us was James. Here is the pros and cons: Pros: professional, ethical, clean office, great deals, military discounts , they find a way to get you the vehicle you need. Variety of ford vehicles. Will take the time to ensure you get the right vehicle. They will offer you popcorn and water. When you let them know the needs you want for your vehicle they will ensure that you get it. We were traveling thru Az. on our way east when my f250 started acting up. I had no idea what it was but when I stepped on the gas I had no power. I had to pull over two times and let the truck rest for ten minutes. Finally get to Winslow and right off the highway was Winslow Ford. Took my truck there first thing Friday morning and waited for the results. I was told that a certain hose had cracked and was taking in air and squirting out small amounts of oil. Of course they didn't have it in stock but did a great job of getting it there asap. Because of them we were able to get back on the road again in just two days. The garage was fast, efficient and honest. An added note is that we are R v ers and time is very important. Winslow Ford went above our customer satisfaction. Stopped in on my way across the country with my Ford RV because the fan was blowing intermittently. It was SO hot I really needed the AC blowing. They tried to tell me it would be $195 just to diagnose the problem! Couldn't say how much to fix it until they knew what it was. Sad because this crooked business gives Ford dealers a bad name! In fact, this place gives Winslow a bad name! I left and went down the road to Holbrook to an honest shop called Wilkinson Graphics and Auto. Much better! read more

The battery on our RV died and we were at the Holbrook KOA, we used our booster batteries to start the coach. We needed a Ford Motorcraft battery, there was no Ford garage in Holbrook. I called Winslow Ford as soon as they opened. They had the battery we needed, they were very accommodating, took us in and changed the battery right away and we were able to continue on route. We had no appointment but the service department and technicians were excellent. read more

Had my vehicle in multiple times for repairs. First visit they released the vehicle and the front driver side tire had not be properly tighten and damn near fell off when I was leaving. Second visit I was in for a tire patch, was told fox was taken care of but tire light was still on, when I asked about this I was told the tire light would clear once vehicle was driven, which I found strange. Come to find out the tire light never cleared so I took my vehicle to a different shop to find out my tire sensor was never put back in my tire. Needless to say that will be the last time I take my vehicle to this repair shop. They do absolut shitty work, and to be honest the owner is a douche. Beware if you are having vehicle problems in this god for saken town do everything you can to get your vehicle to flagstaff. I would give 0 stars if yelp would let me. read more

I was on Vacation in the area for the first time. They got my Diesel truck in for much needed services while on the road. I usually do my own maintenance, but its hard while in an RV park. I had No appointment, but the service dept. got me in and taken care of with no issues. They bent over backwards to take care of me and my custom up-fitted truck. This place is awesome!!! The Staff on the floor was even able to give me some inside local tips on places to eat and visit. Winslow Ford will be my go to place again when on the road for service. Worst Ford dealership I've ever been to. From the costumer service to their terrible sales manager, Brandon Baker; this place has it all.
