I came into the Car Quest store in Waimea and said, How you to the clerk, and he responded with, What do you need. At that time, I felt that was a rather rude response to my polite introduction, I said, usually people respond in return, and the clerk began to banter with me about what he said and how I responded. I decided to leave the store and said have a good day, at that time, He came from behind the counter in a threatening manner approached me at the door as I was exiting, and said Don't ever let me catch you outside of the store, at this time he had pulled his mask down and was extremely violent in his actions, This is considered Terroristic Threatening and is not being taken lightly. As if this is NOT BAD ENOUGH, At approximately 4:45p I was at the gas station next door that adjoins the Car Quest property getting gas and the clerk from the Car Quest came outside and was yelling and cursing at me and then approached me in the gas station parking lot and said He was going to snap my neck. The clerk is very unprofessional, extremely violent and a threat to your bottom line. I do not know if this is a Legal or Civil Matter, I do feel there must be consequences to this extremely unfortunate incident. This all could have been avoided with some simple Customer Service. I ask that you review your security system footage for verification and I am making a formal request in writing that any and all digital video and audio of this event that you possess be retained for future consideration by interested parties. Steve answered the phone promptly and was very helpful. He said yes they had the tires and should be able to get them installed. Jovy helped me when I got there and was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The service was great and fast! My tires were installed before I got to finish my complimentary coffee which was quite tasty! If you want reasonably priced tires, great service and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend you give them a try. They are a full service auto repair shop.

Whenever I work on the Westside of the big island (Kona), when heading back to the airport to…read morereturn my rental car, I like to stop by this particular Nom Nom/ Hele gas station in Kaloko because this gas station is hidden from the main road - (Queen Ka'ahumanu Hwy.), and it tends to be overall less crowded than the Texaco or Costco gas center. Yes, there aren't too many gas options along the way back to the airport especially when one forgets to fill up the rental car, but at least this little gas station is just a hop, skip, & jump away from the Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport. Prices here are what it is..........neighbor island gas tends to be a little higher than what we pay for on Oahu, but I guess that's the way it goes, and the locals get used to that. I haven't stopped into the Nom Nom store for anything, I strictly come here for the convenient gas location. If you forget to fill up your rental before taking it back to the airport, this Nom Nom/Hele Gas station is a great option.

She asked me if I needed some help! I never asked her, I figured it was out and would have left without asking. Almost like she read my mind. Instead she made sure she made Hele-On profit and I made sure I bought two hotdogs! Her great attitude truly improves the customer experience even running to the back loading and helping customers during a busy time. Shaundalynn is professional. I then found on a Instagram post that the owners son Tacoma was riding my bike without my knowledge . It seems that the police department is getting a kickback from these tow companies and they're working hand-in-hand together. We showed up with a truck where we could've took all three bikes, but the police officer insisted that the bikes were towed. It felt shiesty and corrupt. It was brought to my attention that Tacoma their son was bragging at school that he was riding the bikes and posted it on Instagram . Bad business , Bad parenting

So I was on my spare tire and constantly filling the other that was slowly leaking. Justin and team were able to find me another rim from their yard and quickly repair it transferring my old tire to the new rim. Another great guy quickly repaired my slow leak by plugging my tire that Les Brodie couldn't do because of its location on the tread. I love this place and highly recommend their service for anything tire related and if you need spare parts off a vehicle! Saved me lots of $$$ and heartache shipping something from mainland!
