We gave them a date of when we wanted to stop our service and since it was less than the full 2nd month, they gave us back a few bucks to compensate. The storage facility is very secured. Its a one code to use thats easy to memorize as its your own code to get into the facility, out of the facility, and use the elevator. Unfortunately when youre moving things out and into the elevator, its timed. So you have to rush to use the code, get yourself into the elevator, and click that floor button. Side note: there is limited parking inside so if youre having a lot of people help you, be mindful.

The chat is useless as all they do is pass your information to the location so they can call you back (which they won't). Zero interest in customer satisfaction - 1000% interest in profit. UPDATE: got somebody to call me back to tell me why the website price is lower than what I'm paying. She said the "website price is to lure new customers and they will get a rate increase to match what I'm paying in six months." I mentioned that the website doesn't state any of this and she says they don't have to. Well, there you go.... buyer beware!

While I was downloading the app I am blocking traffic because I need to download an app and open an account to open the gate. Stop being lazy, ask someone with life experience how customer service is supposed to work. If your rental policy includes raising the rate as more people are added to your customer base, this is something that needs to discussed verbaly at sign up, not buried in the small print. We got our floors refinished so we had our furniture stored…read morein a unit on our driveway-- which is long and narrow, there is no way their truck would fit down it (9' wide). The skilled operator put the unit on a smaller platform with wheels and used a remote control to drive the unit down our precarious driveway. He maneuvered it beautifully and parked it squarely in our driveway. UNITS was very communicative, even responding to one of my emails late in the evening. I would definitely hire them again.

I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.

Willing to take the time to answer any questions I have. Yesterday I came in with my brother who needed a unit. He suffered multiple heart attacks and a stroke in 2024. Cognitively he is slower than he use to be. Navia took the time to walk him through the entire process and answer any questions he had. While their corporate business model is difficult on long-term renters (consistently raise rates) it's understandable for a publicly traded company. A special thank you to the current property manager (Liz). As I've rented multiple sized units for differing needs, Liz is always "on it." She's a consistent friendly and professional presence throughout the property. She has the unique balance of being able to care for the property and its' tenants while also being kind and upbeat.
