I'd already located a music store that would rent the keyboard, now I just needed it delivered. I picked Haultail after a survey of local courier and delivery services. They had good reviews, no complaints, and I liked the local contractor model, so I gave them a call. I'm not savvy about online service providers, and their support staff was fantastic about setting up my order and then pointing me to their phone "app" and setting it up. From there I was able to pay, confirm the order, get my driver assigned, and track his progress to pick up and deliver the instrument. I'm thrilled with the service from all involved, and our son is thrilled to have something more to do with his time than watch TV and surf the web! You could say I have a lot of experience with movers as I inherited my father's personally woodworked furniture which added to my own collection that he made for me. I have a lot of sentimental (and heavy) stuff plus I have a herniated disc, so moving is even more overwhelming. And moving every year for so long has been so much less than ideal. I had a go-to mover but they didn't reply when I reached out so I figured I would try someone new out bc, maybe I can have options. Incredibly, Making Moves packed everything much more thoroughly and somehow the move seemed shorter...?! Even accounting for the shorter distance, this move was seriously fast but not lacking one bit in caution. And here is the kicker, it was less expensive too and the team was bigger. I still love the other mover but this team has beyond proved itself so I guess this is my first choice mover now. Treat this team right. They are in demand for a reason.
