My wife and I have ridden on all four main islands of Hawaii and our favorite ride is along the…read morecoast that we experience at Turtle Bay. It is such a relaxing ride along the coast as the waves crash along the shore and the breeze off the ocean keeps us cool. The staff has always chosen the perfect temperament horses for us and after our ride, my legs aren't killing me like it had on other rides. This is our go to place to ride when we are on Oahu!

This place is absolutely horrible. It was a waste of my time and gas to drive all the way out…read morethere. I made a reservation online for 6 people and 6 balls to rent. I wrote in the time that I wanted to start which was 1230 pm. I show up at 1230 exactly and go to check in at the outpost Hut. The 2 guys inside the Hut tell me they didn't see my reservation and they rented out all their balls to a group that just came in..... So...we had to WAIT until the group was finished to get the balls to play.... On top of that, I paid $10 per person to play, and the guy in the hut tells me there's only 6 or 7 holes available since they use the course to pop fireworks off of. New years was about a week ago!! You're telling me, you're too lazy to put back the holes for a whole week?! Cmon man..... Then, I ask for a cart to put all our stuff in and he tells me that they don't rent out carts but that I could get one at the golf hut. So my mom walks all the way over to the golf hut for them to tell her that they don't rent out golf carts for soccer golf......?! So then after all of this, the guy in the outpost hut tells me he will refund me the balls we rented as a way to make up the unfinished course and the time we had to wait for the balls to come back. That was nice of them.....except for the fact that he didn't do it!!! He was straight up lying. Bc i kept checking my account and I didn't see no refund pending from them.... So I waited 2-3 days then I finally call them back checking up on the refund. Explain the whole thing and I'm pretty sure the guy who answered the phone was the same guy who told me he would refund it to me the day of my reservation! So he puts me on hold and tells me that a manager has to be the one to refund me. So why did that guy in the outpost hut tell me he was refunding me if he really wasn't?!?! To top it all off, the course looks like crap. And they don't even have a score card to give you. Good thing I took a picture of their somewhat course layout so I knew where the heck I was going. The course is literally just grass that is so overgrown and bumpy that you cannot even call it foot golf. Save yourself time and don't go here.

I'm not one to come on yelp to give bad reviews, but this was just a terrible experience. Sorry…read moreabout it. Bike factory has the worst customer service and on top of that Stacyc is rip offs! Long story short, but we bought 4 brand new Stacyc bikes for my children for Christmas, go to plug in the batteries to charge my son's 18 inch bike which cost me mind you $1800. The battery was not working. So I couldn't even give my son his Christmas gift on Christmas because the battery was not charging. I had to wait for after Christmas until they opened the following day to go and replace the battery and they still wanted me to place it under warranty, which that would've taken weeks to get replaced and if I hadn't give. my opinion on it that I just bought the bike. This is not my fault that the battery does not work and I want a battery today. They are responsible for checking to make sure the battery and bike is working when we leave out the door cause they do have a policy once you buy the bike and leave the store. It is nonrefundable. So I said I will not leave without a brand new battery for my son's brand new bike that was supposed to be a Christmas gift so that was already terrible news to my son! Then my daughter's smaller 12 inch bike. They ride it through the dirt got some mud on it and it started to smoke and then they wanna claim that the mud had ruined the motor which I highly doubt it because the mud was just on the frame and the tires, but because of the mud on the bike, they wanna claim the mud has ruined the motor and want me to pay out-of-pocket which I had just purchased the bike for Christmas and it was still technically under the 90 day warranty! But they called and said it's not covered, right on Stacyc! Will never be buying that brand of bike probably any brand of Bike from Bike factory again! ! !

Only reason I found it was because the park employee told me to just hop the little stone fence lol. Located right next to the portapotties. This isn't a stroll or just a long hike. It's difficult due to the potential weather conditions and the steep climb. There are ropes in portions, and if that's not your thing I don't recommend it. Not for kids or elderly in my opinion. You have to be relatively fit with decent knees. Don't wear flip flops. Bring water. Take your time and focus otherwise you can easily fall to your death or twist an ankle. That all being said, I was able to make it to the pali puka point as a relatively fit 4 month pregnant individual lol. Maybe wasn't the wisest decision but worth the views lol. Be very cautious if you're planning on doing this hike. Check weather conditions, the mud makes it easy to slip. Check wind conditions as there are some life threatening falls along the way. Bring proper shoes, I recommend pants and not shorts, just for potential bugs/brushes. Definitely hike and seek adventure, just don't be an idiot or an uninformed tourist about it. This hike HAS killed locals in the past before, Google it.
