Here while I'm waiting to be called up I over heard the lady say to a clerk that she took home all of the titles and she forgot them on her table. Very unprofessional, rude and I'm not sure if that's allowed because of the hippa law to bring other people's titles to your house with all their personal information on them. Here to find out later that same day my husband went up to the Poland dmv and all of a sudden my title appears after being told to go downtown and apply for a new title. Frustrating!

I needed a handicapped car hanger. They are for 1-5 years. The first prescription I brought from the doctor didn't have an expiration date. I got another that said lifetime, so the lady let me call the doctor's office to ask for another script for five years, and to fax it to the office. I did that in the car. When I went back in 15 minutes later, the fax was there. A hanger is $5. I paid cash and left.

Currently, it is open from Tuesday through Saturday morning to afternoon. To avoid the longest lines, I recommend showing up in the middle of the week and in the early morning. For my most recent visit, I arrived well before the opening time, and a long line of customers had already formed on the sidewalk. At the opening time, a guard periodically called different groups of people into the building. I felt surprised that people had to wait outside for so long and that little seating was available inside. At least the sidewalk had a roof over it. Eventually an employee called me, looked at my application for a Real ID, gave me a number, and had me wait inside. Many minutes later another employee called me to review my birth certificate, Social Security card, and two pieces of evidence of Pennsylvania residency. Then another employee took my payment. Days later I received my Real ID in the mail.
