If I'm waiting there is usually only one car ahead of me. These people have always been fast and friendly. One time they gave me a new gas cap and retested me when I failed. They have always been pretty awesome to me here. I can't complain! Today I had one car ahead of me. I waited at most, 3 minutes. Total time spent was probably less than 10 minutes and I was out the door with a passed letter!

After getting in the bay the process was less than 10 minutes and I had my certificate and I was on my way. Super easy. Just be prepared, you do have to get out of your car for a few minutes while they run the test. I loved the ease of the process and the fact that I didn't need an appointment just pulled in they input the car info, ran the test and off I went.

Case in point, I've been here a handful of times, (and have also done some preventive maintenance myself), and they've changed my oil. All the while the person is changing your oil, they pull other parts out of the car (air filter, etc) and ask that you get them replaced, even if they've been replaced somewhere else. When I told them I got the part fixed before, they asked "where" in an almost confronting manner, as if they never believed it was done. Some of the service was done by them only months prior, and they acted as if they couldn't find it within their computers. Shouldn't be that hard, if whenever I decline their service that they offer me besides the oil change, they remind me the next time that I declined them the last time. I argued with the last serviceman the last time I took my jeep in for a good 15 minutes about transmission flushes. Stick to your guns while going here. If all you need is an oil+filter change, tell them that when you go there. Tell them that you are not interested in anything else, or that you do other maintenance measures yourself. Oil changes don't cost much, but when the salesy pitch is pulled out, you may end up spending an upwards of 300$ on something you don't really need!

Oil always changed properly and some other things i do to maintain my car. I've even brought them used oil and coolant before, they take it without charge. But as with most of these places they also try salesman pitches every time, I politely decline things that don't need to be done. So as long as you know it's been done recently or it's not an issue just don't let them sweet talk you into unnecessary maintenance. In all the service is always done right and in a fair amount of time, but trying to sell things all the time can get annoying, but hey I'll definitely keep coming back, I recommend if your in the Wadsworth area.

I could easily scan my car's VIN using the scanner from the left door of the kiosk or type it in. Next, I was instructed to type in the current mileage. Then, using the OBD reader from the right door of the kiosk I connected it, pressed a button, and the kiosk quickly generated a report. Within five minutes of arrival, I had the printed report in hand. The convenience of using the kiosk anytime was a major plus. Overall, this was a very efficient and convenient DIY echeck kiosk for hassle-free vehicle inspections.

Luckily, after contacting my home state's DMV they informed me on the out of state registration renewal process. I went to this E-Check station for a smog check because it was the closest station to where I'm staying, and wow, did they blow my experience out of the water!! First of all, there was absolutely no wait! I pulled up and they immediately asked me what I wanted to do and they instructed me on their own process for out of state registrations. Usually it's $18, but luckily, their system was down and the manager on duty was very nice and said to go ahead with my test anyways as he provided the associate with an override code. Then the associate walked me through the process and made it an overall painless and pleasant experience! To my surprise, it was also free?!? Crazy! If I need to renew my registration again, I will make sure I come back to this location!

When I went for my oil change I asked for the $37.99 Expert Pack...by the end of my oil change the total was $82.09. After complaining I was offered a $5 dollar discount. AFTER..my uncle ..came back to complain they became very difficult and gave us a hard time. Luckily we were given $20 back. All I'm saying I guess is DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED
