I told her upfront I was extremely picky and she delivered 100% beautiful choices and offered flexibility by researching nationwide on a car I had lost in a (rather devastating) accident. It's not a situation anyone would like to be in, but the good news is I'm still here- but my car is not. I did not purchase today from her- and it had absolutely nothing to do with her customer care. She's top tier and deserves a big raise, just for how well she knows these cars. Specs, stats, features... this lil gal can walk that talk. If you're a picky person- you've got my highest recommendation to make an appointment here and see one of these beautiful, fairly priced cars. Highest marks for a top notch experience. A few weeks into my brand new purchase, I noticed some strange noises, I immediately called my sales person (Mike) to let him know that it sounded as if my brakes were bad. They gave me the run around. Oh Mike isn't here today, call tomorrow blah blah blah. When I finally decided to just visit them, Mike test drove my car and confirmed what I heard. He goes back and lets his supervisors know what he witnessed... The supervisor gave him (Mike) a paper stating that my brakes or atleast 1 was replaced brand new. He states "Oh sometimes these brand new parts can sound like that because they're trying to adjust"... I've never heard of that! Fast forward, here I am 2 months into my purchase and I'm getting my transmission looked at and serviced and, get this, the brakes as well... who knew please be cautious, those places like north coast and or buy here pay here company's aren't the only ones distributing lemons. These lemons just happen to look good.

Never Again!!!! this is lengthy,but it needs to be told…read more On thursday 10/16/28,I went to Dunham Tires @ 6137 Dunham Rd to get my front passenger tire checked out.I was told there was a leak around the rim,and they can seal it and it'll be $25 + $2.00 for debit card.I paid and was On my way! Later that evening tire pressure light came back on so I put air in the tire,light went off,but I noticed that the valve cap that I had on the tire was not the same cap.My caps were BMW caps(see illustration)I took my car back on Friday morning,told a whole different crew about the tire and the cap.They then removed the tire and did the l OK soap & water test,in which they didn't do on thursday.I was told by the owner there was a small hole in the tire and it'll cost me $25!! I said "had they did it right yesterday they would've known this,so why do I have to pay again"? This man got irate and said"do you want it done or not"? I said "yeah,I want it done, but why should I have to pay again,and how are they going to compensate for the valve cap"? he said"ok! I'll charge you $15" I said "I'm not paying again "! this disrespectful fool became aggressive called me a slave,a bitch and then put his finger in my face and balled his fist like he was going to hit me! I told him I was calling the police and he said"get the fuck outta here" and I said," I'm not going no damn where until the police get here,mutha fucka'! oh yeah I'm at the height of my pisstivity at this level and I had my 89 yr old dear Mother with me and she became so scared I thought she was going to have a heart attack or stroke out!! The police finally came about 20 minutes later,and I told the officer my side and how he threatened me and he asked" do I want to file a report "of course! Another officer spoke with him and he said he didn't put his finger in my face or ball his fist in a threatening manner.The officer said he will look at the camera,but after coming from inside I was told the camera or the TV wasn't working at that time.Go figure,right? He told the officer he would plug the tire " as a favor,but he doesn't want me to come back " as though I would ever go back anyway.I told the officer I didn't trust him and he said he will stay until he had finished.He did a half ass & subpar plug job with red stuff sticking out of the plug.When he finished I even thanked this rude and disrespectful person.He said "ok" and proceeded to tell the officer some BS about "this wasn't personal"but I was getting in my car because I was so upset and pissed and thought I may have to go to ER for my blood pressure,in which I just started taking medication for in September.I'm going today to file the report,because I'm sure this is not the first time he has disrespected a black woman like this,and I still don't have my BMW valve cap. -- feeling angry.

Got there just in time, and they replaced my tire in less than TEN minutes... crazy fast, very nice guys. My tire had a 1-inch gash in the sidewall so no repairing it. Would definitely come here again if I got a flat!
