I asked for a leak repair , but they told me it couldn't be repaired , needed replaced .. which is fine . They charged me $275 for gutter cleaning ( kind of high , but ok since I couldn't do it myself) and then another $75 for repair, that was never done . Tried contacting them numerous times to get a refund of $75. No luck .

He went with Newman. Subsequently we had a hail storm and neighbors were advising us to get our roof checked out. Our roof was 20 years old. I wanted to be honest with the insurance company and not submit a claim unless Tyler from Newman,who came out to give us an estimate, was sure we needed a new roof and we suffered damage beyond normal wear and tear. Plus we had 2 houses. Well one needed a new roof and the other one likely has another couple of years left. As an aside, if you turn in a claim to your insurance company, even if it is denied, you risk higher premiums or cancelation. That is why it is important to have Newman Roofing spend time assessing. In our case, our roof was more wear and tear with minimal hail. Dan and his guys were on time, even early. Weather has consistently been in the mid 90's. I was worried. But Newman keeps them well supplied with hydration. 14 man crew meant lots of vehicles, even a dump truck but they were minimally disruptive to our neighbors. Furniture moved, netting put up to minimize construction mess on house and garden areas. And then they went to work. All I can say is WOW. I am so pleased. When they were finished, the cleaned up all the mess, including using a magnetized thing for nails in driveway, patio and grass. The yard, the patio, the driveway, the porches are SPOTLESS. They were pretty backed up due to the weather but were at my house within the time quoted which was two to three weeks. The crew arrived as scheduled and were very professional. But then they missed the higher up gutter and didn't connect it to the lower gutter (something specifically called out on their FIRST VISIT and discussion of work to be done, and a FOLLOW UP EMAIL where they said "yes, we will do that work.") Plain and simple, it's a gamble that you'll get what you paid for, but at this price, I had bigger gutters/downspouts and leaf guards added for less than other companies wanted for just a leaf guard. But the inability to complete the contract and then demand payment when I can't afford a lawyer? Does NOT leave a favorable feeling.

They scheduled to come in our home for inspections…read more They came, had opened up a bathroom basement window causing about 5 lbs of dirt to fall in from outside where mulch had built up in my flower bed outside the window.....they did not clean up any of the dirt mess all over the bathroom. They did take a towel and wipe the white painted cinder block wall and rubbed it into the paint....called them and they said that the buyer also came to the inspection..... It is their responsibility to ensure that when they go into a home to do their job when the homeowner is not home to make sure the property is left how they found it and they were responsible for all people they brought into the house..... I called them to come clean it up and was basically told they wouldn't have done that and would call me back....they never called back. I also want to note: this bathroom was cleaned before their arrival. I have professional cleaners who come once a week. So there is no doubt that this was done during their visit.

They were fair priced and did an amazing job the owner of the company was very knowledgeable and professional. I already recommend them to my family and friends and they ended up rebuilding my neighbors chimney as well.
