We absolutely left it in their custody and did not get it back. Instead of being willing to assist with the matter he made excuses. Even during the repair process he failed at keeping us informed did not return calls and ultimately is a poor example of what it means to "serve" customers. Lack of response, gaslighting, failure to return calls and even intentionally hanging up, (and I confirm it wasn't accidental.... I know the difference). Gage if you can't handle tough, reasonable questions that you ultimately create by not being adequate at your role, maybe a job that removes you from interactions with customers is best.

I found a vehicle on a website that happened to be at Germain Volkswagen. This dealer was over 6…read morehours from my home so I was anxious about purchasing. The sales associate, Nick, gave me a tour of the vehicle by FaceTiming me and test driving it. He pointed out any marks; however the vehicle was virtually spotless. The price was lower than any others I had researched across the country, looking as far south as Texas and as far west as California. Nick was reliable and helpful. He even drove an hour in the pouring rain to pick me up when I did find a ride to Ohio! He told me his philosophy was to be a good human and not scam anyone in hopes that his customers would return for many years. This kid is truly nailing that. They managed to get within 200$ of my price and although I truly despise buying a vehicle and the way I am usually treated as a woman, I can say this was a pleasant experience. The financial manager, Colton, who worked with me to sign the papers was professional and fun to talk to while we worked. Ask him about his dogs! Getting the paperwork completed was generally easy and the sales person Clifton Jordan was very helpful. The manager Travis Rausch and finance group were also very helpful in getting all the paper work to me because I live in Indiana and Germain is in Columbus Ohio. This type of purchase involves moving the title between both the Ohio and Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and to the bank where the loan is held. By the way, getting the loan through Germain was very quick and at a great rate. The Germain people communicated via overnight mail, phone calls, emails, and text messages and this also made the purchase easy. So, the purchase of a new vehicle was a pleasant experience and I recommend Germain and their staff if you are purchasing a vehicle. THANK YOU GERMAIN!
