She cleared out the line quickly in less than an hour with no issues. Fast forward a month later and my line got clogged AGAIN! Stressed and confused -- I immediately contacted Jess and she said she could check out the issue the next day. She discovered some clothes got clogged in the line since the hydro-jet appointment and was able to dig it out. Goodness! Horrible luck on my end but grateful Jess saved the day twice! She is incredibly punctual, kind, and overall just great customer service. Fair prices too. The original stopper rotted out and when removing it, the top came off but the threads remained in the pipe. After trying a couple of ways, the technician was able to carefully remove the remaining part for the original plug and successfully installed a new one. This saved us the expense of having to cut through the drywall in the adjacent bedroom and replace parts of the drain and overflow. It was refreshing that he tried multiple times to do it the "easy way", and avoid a more costly repair. I would recommend them to anyone.
