Declined to fix the line when a quote was requested claiming he didn't have a hitch post on his truck to tow an excavator to reconnect it. (Sewer coupling was about 12" below grade) and his truck with the hitch was acting up. Didn't have a recommendation for another service to solve the problem when asked for referral. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal.
