OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!…read more I have had past issues trying eyelash extension-running eyes, pink eyes, burning, etc. So usually when I go to a place to ask questions before purchasing again, I get a lot of eye rolling, huffing and puffing but not here. These ladies were so incredibly patient with my questions, my concerns, my hesitation. They spoke to me on the phone before I made the appointment, spoke to me again while I was there and concerned and offered any resolution in case I was unhappy. I WAS AMAZED at the level of customer service here. They have a customer for life in me. I am big on place with great service, particularly now that its become extinct. My lashes look great! I will be back for other services. This place is a gem in the rough; I'm hoping it stays a secret.

2/5 stars -- Luxury Brow Art, Duluth GA…read more Came in on July 8, 2026 for henna and left disappointed. I showed the artist ("Som," I believe) a reference photo and she agreed to recreate it. She started with a stencil on the back of my hand, that part turned out the best, though it still didn't fully match the photo I brought. When I asked her to continue the design onto my fingers to match the reference, the front desk assistant pulled out several stencils to try to match it, but none of them looked right. The artist ended up freehanding the fingers while referencing my photo, but the lines came out thick and shaky instead of the fine, clean detail in the picture. I noticed the henna paste itself was drying out as she was applying it, which didn't help. I pointed out the unevenness and asked her to fix it more than once, but the fixes still didn't match the quality of the reference. Henna is $15, so I wanted my money's worth and asked for the full design to be completed rather than just the hand portion -- I don't think that was unreasonable. To make it worse, it's now been two days and the henna is already fading noticeably, which shouldn't happen this soon with a proper application. Overall: 4/10 experience. If a shop offers a service, they should be confident they can deliver it -- otherwise it's a waste of the customer's time and money, and now I'm stuck waiting for a design that honestly looks like it was done by a child to fade off my hand. I wouldn't recommend coming here for henna.

Elan is located inside of a quiet shopping plaza in Duluth. Although there's parking for everyone, you may have to walk down a sidewalk or two to get to your preferred biz, but you'll make it. My first impression was 5-stars because it's truly a beautiful salon! Bright with natural lighting and fabulously decorated, it definitely passed the visual vibe checks. I was welcomed in by two young ladies at the front counter who quickly set me up at a pedicure station. There are three parts to the salon and I was in the middle section and it was so quiet, even with other customers in the area. I hate that I didn't get my nail tech's name, but she was so great. I went with the 3rd tier pedicure which including a hot towel, scrub, etc. etc. No corners were cut, I was so relaxed! I opted for a pretty bubblegumish pink for my toes and she really made my feet look fabulous and renewed. After my pedicure package, gel removal and tip, I walked out paying under $100 and in this economy and with the level of service and class, I took that as a deal. Such a fantastic experience, I'm so glad that I chose Elan and will think of them when I'm back in the area!

She is thorough, meticulous with her work and just an overall beautiful and kind woman. The salon is very clean, bright and relaxing and the services are comparable to other salons in the area and the prices are affordable ($50 for the basic gel pedicure with add in options ie rose petals and coconut milk in the water etc if desired for an upgrade). My pedicure always lasts 4-6 weeks and in really busy times it will even last 8 weeks. I highly recommend this place!

My daughter had a "back wax" for the first time at this facility. In preparation for this service, I Googled the rating, which returned to 4.7 Stars. We called the company to find out what to expect since this was her first time. Also, she had an event to attend and wanted to ensure there were no issues with her back after the service. The company advised us to come a few days earlier in case of minor irritation (considering eyebrow and lip waxing, you might get a minor irritation). Also, the esthetician recommended that my daughter get a "Sugar wax" service. We arrived five days before the event and had the service done. The esthetician had my daughter sign a waiver and advised her to use Neosporin or Hydrocortisone in case of minor irritation. My daughter said that the esthetician used her gloved hands as she repeatedly put the product on her back, but she didn't change the gloves between applications. My daughter thought to herself that she hoped the esthetician would change the product for each new client. Immediately after the service, walking out the door, I checked her back and saw white pimples populating on her back. My daughter didn't go back into the facility to make them aware because she had already addressed the possibility of some irritation. My daughter used hydrocortisone to help with the rash; now it's red. After the event, the rash developed fully on her entire back. The earliest we could get an appointment with a dermatologist was that Wednesday. During the visit, the dermatologist said this rash was caused by a contaminated product caused by double-dipping. She prescribed a cream to be used daily for at least two weeks, possibly three. We are still working on the rash, which has been present for seventeen days. Yesterday, we showed my daughter's back and spoke to the company about the problem. We requested a refund for the cost of the service and dermatologist visit. The problem was not a minor irritation but a massive reaction to contaminated products caused by staff negligence, which caused a full-blown rash. We asked to speak to the owner, which the esthetician declined. She responded that she would give the information to the owner and get back to us tomorrow. Today, after two follow-up calls from me, they finally responded: "Your daughter signed the waiver, which clearly states that we are not responsible for anything; therefore, they will not give a refund." In all honesty, based on yesterday's conversation with the esthetician, we didn't expect them to show good ethics or integrity. If I saw a review like this and the pictures as proof, I would say, "Thank you very much!" And move on to another company. We can only make decisions in today's world through the "Reviews." So even if you have a 5-star rating along with these business practices, I would not take the chance because you or your loved one suffers; the company moves on with business as usual. They have to be held accountable! So, we will be filing this information to The State Board of Georgia because this is a health issue that requires investigating or, at the very least, recording. I've had a few bad experiences with other wax chains, but once you try Sweet Peach you're guaranteed to be a loyal customer. Their wax is super gentle compared to anywhere else. Also, the environment is clean, warm, and welcoming, and Candy is super bubbly and friendly. Candy finished my Brazilian and underarms in a pain free 20 minutes and left no hairs. This was my first time ever being late. As I was walking in the door, my phone dinged with a $5 no show fee. My aesthetician was standing there and told me that she would not be able to take me because she'd already taken her next appointment back.
