I had a few credits I needed to use on ClassPass before they expired, and that's how I discovered this place. Apple Maps got me a bit mixed up, so if you're looking for this place, the entrance is on Market street. It's in a mall of other small business's. It is a bit smaller and the photo used on ClassPass was starkly different than what I saw, but the focus for me was the massage vs spa like ambiance this time around. Nana was my Massuese and she was excellent. She is very strong but she checks in often with the presssure. The rooms are separated by sheets, and it does neighbor a workout spot so don't be frightened when you hear yelling or a something loud hitting the ground. For the affordability and the safety quality of massage will definitely be back. read more

Came in because I was dying for a massage, came out living for Ohm Thai Massage! I reserved pretty last-minute, which, first of all, I love a massage place that is a bit more dynamic with scheduling. I'm sure that's harder from a business perspective, but unfortunately my knots don't follow a schedule Nathan was my massage therapist, and he did a fantastic job! My back can be problematic and I've found that the vast, vast majority of massage therapists can't affect a ton of change on it, but Nathan did! I felt a noticeable difference in tension! He was also kind and respectful the whole way through. Would absolutely recommend going with him if possible. On top of the good experience, I was happy with the price, especially when comparing to other massage spots in SF. Also their tea is bombbbbbb. From Nathan I learned that bael fruit is a thing and that it makes beautiful tea. Ohm really replaced the "ts" in my "knots" with "wledge", and I love that (sorry, not sorry, for the terrible but also kinda funny pun). If it wasn't clear already, I definitely recommend checking Ohm out! It's a bit tough to find the first time because it's in a larger building, but taking, like, two minutes to figure it out is well worth the experience! read more

They do a great job relaxing you and massaging out your knots. I love that they end the session with some tea and a piece of chocolate. Just got out of my massage, and currently feeling so relaxed. Wila did an amazing job with my Swedish massage, and spent lots of time working on my many many knots. I had focus areas but it was clear that Wila was assessing the muscle during the massage and paying extra attention on any side that was stiffer than the other. The ambiance was also very calming, it was very cozy and dim and quiet (you can kind of hear some occasional stomping from the gym upstairs but I didn't mind it). Booking: I booked the aromatherapy Thai massage through ClassPass for 1:30pm the next day (automatic booking meaning I didn't talk to anyone). I received an email at 1pm the day of informing me my booking has been changed to 2pm. I didn't see the email until I was in the lobby but luckily I brought my book and read it. The front desk employee was very attentive and gave me some fragrant hot tea to drink. Experience: 5/5, I didn't feel rushed at all and Noah was attentive, asking for pressure & location preferences. A wide variety of messages from traditional kneading to Thai foot massage utilizing body weight, to stretching, hot towel scrub, and aromatherapy. The massage beds are high quality and I felt I was able to breathe easily even when face down, more so than any other massage bed I've used. Overall I recommend Ohm Thai massage for anyone looking for a rejuvenating mid-price range ($110/hr) massage. I see myself coming back again in the future :) read more

I've been here twice so far for trigger point massage, and the therapist I had were amazing! I was dealing with terrible left shoulder pain when I attempted even 1 rep of pull up, and my primary care provider had chalked it up to a muscle strain even though I had been dealing with it for almost 2 months. My first therapist was Pradub, and I was not expecting much going in, but boy was she strong. I wanted strong pressure and she more than delivered. While I was almost in tears at times during the massage session, I did not say anything because I thought "no pain, no gain". Fast forward 2 days later at the gym, I was able to bang out 8 pull ups without any left shoulder pain at all. A month later, I'm back to doing pull ups like there was no issues before. For my second vist, I had Naruenun as my therapist. His trigger point massage technique was different from Pradub, but nevertheless was effective for my back aches, and he made an effort to frequently check to see if I was okay with the amount of pressure. I'll definitely stick with Ohm for all my foreseeable massage needs. read more
