This will be a long review due to the serious nature of this incident: sexual assault. I've been to Ohm Thai Massage over a dozen times by now, and my experiences have always been great up until my most recent appointment. I book through ClassPass, and my regular masseuse is Matt, who has always been respectful and professional. I had a massage appointment at Ohm Thai Massage on September 9, 2025, with a new masseuse, Max, which resulted in sexual assault (specifically, non-consensual genital contact). It started with him forcefully removing my underwear without consent, and slowly escalated to repeated, non-consensual direct genital contact. I attempted to set my boundaries early on by telling him to only focus on my upper back and shoulders and to use firm pressure, but as the massage went on, he repeatedly ignored my requests and shifted to very soft, sensual touching near my upper thigh, groin, and butt areas. He left me exposed and improperly draped many times during the massage, and he repeatedly grazed and touched my genitals throughout the session. At one point, he even positioned my leg so that my genitals were unnecessarily exposed. Later, he flipped me over onto my back and completely removed the towel, leaving me fully exposed before draping it back on. Being naked, partially uncovered, and with him standing over me, I felt frozen and vulnerable, and it was very difficult to stop him due to the power dynamic. I coped by dissociating while hoping that it would end soon, but Max went over by about 15 minutes, continuously escalating the non-consensual sexual contact. The misconduct escalated gradually, making it harder to speak up in the moment. After the session, while I was still trying to process what had just happened, Max solicited my phone number and asked me what I was doing later that night - further confirming that his actions were intentional and predatory. I reported this to management immediately afterward. After repeated contact attempts, their eventual reply was vague, stating only, "We have now completed our internal investigation." They did not specify what actions they took and they did not provide any resolution. After that, they ignored all further communication from me. To add context, I did nothing to invite this behavior - I am a heterosexual man, and this was not a situation of mixed signals. This was also not a misunderstanding of massage style. It was repeated, non-consensual sexual contact and a serious abuse of professional trust. Customers deserve to be aware of the risks before booking here, especially on platforms like ClassPass, where the businesses are expected to be vetted. read more

I booked a 60 minute Thai massage with Rainy through ClassPass. It was such a relaxing experience that exceeded my expectations! Upon entering, I waited on a bench for a few minutes as the appointments before me wrapped up. When it was my turn, I was led into a small room that was dimly lit. There were a couple of rooms which were all separated by curtains, so you could hear the other appointments. There was nice ocean wave music and a really calming ambience overall. Rainy did an amazing job and focused on my problem areas. She even spent longer than an hour which was so nice. At the end, she gave me a cup of tea as I relaxed outside. I'd highly recommend this relaxing experience! I've read that ClassPass isn't advantageous for the business, so I'd opt to book through the website directly instead in the future to support the business. read more

Billing issues. Whoever booked me put my reservation as paid. After my massage, there was confusion because i was giving my credit card. They took my credit card and even said they just want to make sure i didnt get double charged. I left thinking it was handled. The next morning while I was at work, i got 2 phone calls and a message that has no good morning but just saying they are Ohm Massage and I was there 7pm and call them. When I called, again no apologies for disturbing my work but the woman asking for my credit card number. I have to remind them that it is wrong to be asking for my cc number over the phone and whatever happened to when they took it already. I dont think they are just very focus on getting paid over basic professionalism. I went there after work, and believe me she was so eager to get my card and she was apoligizing while her eyes on the ipad. Ill go back to Wela. Never had this awful experience there.
