I have been around this area many times and never noticed this spot so I wanted to check it out. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and the cafe was super cute. They had some ladies coming in signing in for their yoga class while the servers were taking food and drink orders. When I got to the front, a very nice young lady took my order. I went with the vegan tuna sandwich and it came to about $8.50. I paid and waited about 10 minutes. They called my name and I left. When I got home I dug in and the sandwich wasn't bad. I liked the avacado and tomato they added and the bread was crispy. All in all I had a good experience.

I was looking up coffee shops close to where I wash my car since I drive quite far for it and the photos of this place caught my attention. I showed my flatmates and everyone wanted to check it out. We're quite tired of chain restaurants which seems to be all that's around where we live. The spot was a little smaller than I expected from the photos I saw but there was still ample space. It wasn't terribly busy so there were a few open tables. It was just as cute as in the pictures online but way better in person because the music was so good. It was chill and almost nostalgic for me. I think it was the barista's playlist and it was fire. I hope that's the same that is always playing as I continue to go back. I had a matcha latte and avocado toast. Both delicious - you can't go wrong. I also shared a piece of carrot cake with my friends. This is definitely going to be my new spot. They have wifi, the food is great, the people are friendly and the music is awesome. What more can you ask for?

My girl friend introduced me to this spot and I'm so happy that she did, this place is amazing! We went for a morning yoga class. For those that haven't been here - the cafe is right when you walk in and the yoga classes are in the basement and the decor is so adorable everywhere! I took my first class and loved it so much that I bought a package, it's a bit of a drive for me but I really don't mind - there's not many places like this where you can hang out at a cafe and do yoga at the same location - I only know of one other spot and it's not as cozy as Ohmies. Next time I come here, I'm definitely staying and getting some work done in the cafe. If you take a yoga class that day, you will get 10% off your purchase in the cafe. We ordered a chai latte and a Spinach & Cheese quesadilla after class and it was delicious! My girl friend has been here more often than I have & has said everything she's tried as been excellent so I can't wait to come back and try more items off the menu :) The staff is very friendly and the yoga class was great as well. I really enjoyed the atmosphere - great vibes here. I'm tempted to get another package, haha! I could literally stay all day here. FYI - don't forget to get the rewards card as well.

What a quaint coffeeshop in an area that you definitely wouldn't expect it! I've been here twice now and I'm definitely coming back again. I've ordered the almond milk latte and the toast with bananas, chia seeds and almond butter. Everything has been up to par and while I want to try out more of the menu, for some reason I keep ordering that simple combination. I love that there's a variety of foods on the menu, ranging from the healthy, to the not so healthy--I'm staring at a crumb cake right now that seems to be calling my name. But for the more health conscious, the also offer wraps freshly made to order and acai bowls! My only qualm with this place is that music can get a bit loud to deal with, as I'm always working, even with earphones in. If not for this, I would probably be here everyday!

Came here this past Friday for the open mic write or die night and I was pleasantly surprised. I had never been to an event like this before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. There wasn't many people there at first, but as the night went on, the place became packed. It was such a nice atmosphere overall. Everyone is very supportive of each other and it's such a great spot to chill out. Everyone is also friendly as well. As for the location itself, the place has a very warm and comforting vibe to it. Like any coffee shop, it has a hipster-like, welcoming feel. I ordered the grilled cheese, which was absolutely amazing. It was so good that I actually had to order another before the night was over. And the price was very decent for the quality of sandwich that I got. I also won a free yoga session at this event, so I will be back to try out the yoga classes soon. Can't wait for the next open mic event.

I met a work colleague here for a meeting. I can only comment on the atmosphere as I didn't order anything. My colleague ordered a coffee americano, and he seemed pleased with it. Nice place for a meeting. I really liked the atmosphere, the coffee shop had a good vibe to it. Its is really a shame, that it is located where it is kind of on the middle of no where near as strip mall and residential. I would love Ohmies to come to my hometown or even downtown Westfield. It's such a quaint little coffee shop and it deserves to be in a place with more of a downtown feel and more foot traffic. Its important to support local small businesses. Just on atmosphere alone, I would choose Ohmies over corporate owned coffee shops..hands down! I would definitely come here again, and this time actually try their pastries.

I LOVE this place. I went here on a Friday for some yoga + coffee action. I took Dana's noon hot yoga class downstairs with 3 other people (love small classes!) - although I can see the studio getting crowded during a busy hour. Really good class and worked a sweat out. Afterwards I went back upstairs, bought an iced chai latte and grilled cheese (10% off for yoga class attendees), and set up camp to do some work on my laptop. I love how much natural light gets into the shop. All the art and decorations have a wooden/urban vibe (even the bathroom!). Staff was super friendly and I always find myself coming back.

You NEED to come try a trapeze yoga class here! I came with my twin sister to the trapeze class led by Lisa (the owner of Ohmies)- and we're both first timers to trapeze yoga. The class was an hour long, but was over before I knew it! Most of the class involved the trapeze, but only about 70% was spent upside down. Lisa was so great in leading us through this practice; she only recently became certified in trapeze yoga (in November 2017) but was very knowledgeable and explained every pose clearly. She assisted us into getting into poses when we felt unsure/ apprehensive to do them. My sister, who is a novice to yoga in general, was guided and encouraged by Lisa to continually participate and maintain a child's pose when she needed to re-center. I appreciated that Lisa didn't force anyone to do anything they didn't feel comfortable with, yet she was motivating and encouraging. This class is one that challenges your upper body strength, focuses on your breath, and is a great way to challenge your limits. I felt great after the class, but my sister felt a little nauseous. Thankfully we didn't have filling dinners lol! Definitely coming back for more yoga classes!

Coffee&yoga? Yes, please! I'm a lover of all things hipster and this place fits that. The place has a rustic touch and lot of positive quotes around. They offer yoga classes and they have an open mic after 9:00 p.m.

Was disappointed with the yoga. Thought it was a real studio, but it was only in a basement and was crowded. Not very comfortable.

Is there a hot yoga class?

Yes! Dana turns the heat lamps on for her classes. Not added humidity, but still plenty hot.

I have fought to make sure I am here at least a few times a week, and I am grateful every time I am able to follow through for myself. Because of my erratic schedule, I am likely to show up at any class time which means that I have seen/experienced a number of different instructors for different class levels, and I have enjoyed each and every one. Every one has been kind and helpful and extremely patient. When you walk in, you are greeted at the door by whoever is working the desk for that shift. The vibe is relaxed and mellow and you just feel like you're in a safe space, which is so necessary sometimes. There are cubbies on the left to leave your personal belongings and shoes, and then you can enter into the actual studio. There are mats, blocks, towels, blankets, etc. for you to use so you never have to feel unprepared and you are always able to have a full experience. And if ever you cannot make it in person, they have virtual classes available, as well. Overall, thankful to having found this place and looking forward to utilizing my membership as much as I can. Only thing I will warn about is the parking. Sometimes, it can get crowded/tight, but there is plenty of street parking available in case you want to avoid that. Otherwise, I recommend you check it out and see what they have to offer. :)

A year ago, I walked into Emily's studio--M Pilates and Yoga--with unbearable sciatic, low back, and burning compensatory pain across my glutes. No joke, at times, I felt like giving up. Doors lock promptly when class starts, so don't be late! Our class was pretty crowded, over 20 people. We had five mats per row, pushed so that if everyone sat crosslegged, you'd probably bump knees with your neighbor. But it worked out okay. Most of the people who were taking the class seemed like regulars and they were fairly friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed the class, but I didn't really think it was geared that well towards beginners. The instructor called out poses instead of explaining them, and she walked around the room a lot so it was not possible to look at her for reference. Instead, I had to hope that the person in front of me knew what she was doing, since I was just mimicking her. Luckily, the woman in front of me was a pro, but it still made class kind of confusing. The class lasted over an hour. I really enjoyed the semi-meditative talk through at the beginning and end of the class. I felt like I got a good work out, and I felt mentally rejuvenated at the end. The studio has plenty of yoga mats if you don't have your own, as well as blankets, "bricks" (which I'd never used before, but they do help with some of the poses!), and small towels. There isn't really a private changing area, but there is a back space with sliding doors where they keep the aforementioned supplies. There are two sinks, hand soap, and a mirror there. There is also a water cooler in the front. I'd love to come back for this class whenever I have time. I don't know what their regular classes are like, but hopefully once I have a better work schedule I can try those too!
